  2. Most people have a reason for liking the music. They like certain genres because it speaks to them as well as says something about them. What genre do you mainly listen to and why? Ill go first, I am into mostly chillstep and chill electronic because i love layered sounds and a calming and laid back atmosphere
  3. Where i can see favorite musician list?
  4. Hey! I would like to present you my Reda. This is my first imaginary character. This is my drawing. Cute, creative golden-haired pegasus. Of course he has all the abilities like me. She draws, paints, crochets and sews. Redi is a pegasus that regulates dew in nature. It has a very long golden mane. He loves flowers and looks after them.
  5. Okay, there has to be some ponies that do youtube videos here. Specifically speededits/speedpaints. Help a pegasus out here, what free screen recording program do you suggest? The one I have is nice, but it turns the video sideways and has a mirror sort of effect
  6. Small doodle of my ponysona and me! I hope y’all like it may color at some point
  7. I have compiled bunch of my works into this single showreel to show what I am capable of, I do hope you find this enjoyable to watch! Have a nice day~ <3
  8. Good afternoon, everypony! Well our last Q&A with our very own Lady Kiriness went simply splendidly, and as promised at the end of it, I am already happy to announce our next Q&A guest. Fillies and gentlecolts, I am incredibly happy to announce that our next Q&A guest will be none other than MLP fan artist mirroredsea!!! Now, many of you may not be familiar with the name, and that's perfectly alright and understandable if you're not. You see, mirroredsea has only been actively posting art in the fandom for a little over a month, but he is already making a big splash simply because, to be perfectly honest, his art is absolutely gorgeous! Mirroredsea displays talent and skill which few artists except for some of the very best and well known ones in the fandom have displayed from their earliest days of posting in the fandom, and it has been exciting to see not only how beautiful his art already is, but that he's continuing to improve as well. We're very thrilled for one that we were able to land such a great artist for a Q&A like this so early into his time as an active fan artist within the fandom, especially considering it's increasingly rare these days to see exciting new artists emerge within the fandom. He's been incredibly gracious and humble in our reaching out to him and getting this set up, and is very excited for the Q&A itself! In fact, he may even have a fun little activity in store for all of you prior to the Q&A, which will be announced later should getting it set up work itself out (though I can make no promises, that will largely depend on his own discretion). But for the time being, mark your calendars, because on Saturday, June 24 at 7 PM EST, mirroredsea will be available for 2-3 hours to take and answer your questions! Trust me when I say that you won't want to miss out on this one; not only is mirroredsea a phenomenal artist, but he is also an extremely nice fellow and I think many of you will enjoy having the chance to get to know him for that alone. Aspiring artists should also definitely check out this Q&A if they'd like some great tips on how to improve their craft! If you'd like to get to know a little bit more about mirroredsea before the Q&A, you can visit either his DeviantArt or MLP Forums profiles here and here. I would also highly recommend you peruse as much of his art in his DeviantArt gallery as you possibly can, and below you'll find just a small sample of some of the truly stunning pieces he's already produced! That's all for now, everypony, have a wonderful rest of your day!
  9. One of my favorite artists plotcore, I would describe his style as slightly sketchy and fuzzy yet he can still produce incredible detail in his art. Some of my favorites of his works This I used for the longest time as my wallpaper, very powerful image and pleasant to look at. Her lovely captivating eyes glowing with her magic, and her mane and tail waving through the air due to the sheer power of her magic, This all is rendered beautifully and the background with the snowy magical atmosphere really brings it all together in a brilliant piece. Very captivating and cute portrait, for me the main attraction are the glasses and the unique hairstyle plus the warm smile and all around comfortable look add depth to already amazing piece. Im loving this piece already it maybe my favorite of his pieces, the cutesy and lovely look tells me she is ready for some adventure, the fuzzy kinda foggy atmosphere adds the feeling of adventure into the setting and this is brilliantly done. Her mane really sold me into this as the short version of it he used makes her look quite young and lively actually. And the eyes are done with an amazing detail and if you look in them you can almost se a reflection of something in them just a small thing but it adds so much depth into the image.
  10. luminaura's distinct and kinda sketchy style of drawing has impressed me and many others i would say. Their maybe most well known piece in this community I would say is the one @Jeric is using as his go to avatar Featuring Rarity wearing her glasses and holding Ponybuck coffee with her magic I would say that this piece is one of my favorite luminaura works, though some of their later works are up there for me as well. Looking at the pic you can see that the black background highlights her character and as such the focus of the pic really shifts towards her. Firstly you'll see her calm and peaceful eyes rendered beautifully, illuminating the radiance coming from her magic, which i think is one of the strong points in this piece, as you can almost feel the luminescence coming from her magic when it touches her lovely mane giving it a slight blueish hue. As for the other details the glasses, necklace, earring and the bag really add more depth into the image and as such they really tie to whole package together. Overall looking at this image is I would say kinda enlightening.
  11. In this blog series I'll try to highlight some of my favorite Rarity artists that have impressed me with their style and personality and have taught me something me, helping me see Rarity and her beauty in new light. I'll start with Uher0 since one of his drawings has been my wallpaper as long as soon as he posted it and it may be my favorite pic of Rarity all time. As you can see it is not your everyday scenario he is depicting, Rarity riding down from the sky with an umbrella, not with her usual hairstyle but the hairstyle from the episode Sweet and Elite without the hat. As for the portrayal of her character you can see that when you are looking the piece you focus on her face which is one of the most captivating elements presented in the piece with her gorgeous eyes and luminous hair flowing as she descents from the heavens as the angel she is. The effect is enhanced by the slight blurring of he lower body which i think really emphasizes her beautiful face. Also something worth noting is that the background is simple enough to not to distract you from the main attraction but not too simple which adds nice breath of depth into the picture. Looking through his gallery you can see that he doesnt have lot of Rarity art but i think its about the quality not the quantity and that is why I chose him as the first highlight!
  12. Hello, I'm starwantrix (yesh sounds like ObiWanKenobi, it's ok, I'm jedi too). Here's my stuff. Great and Powerful stuff, be awared of that. (Only my favorite ones will be here, if you want some other pics check my deviantart - That's all for now.

UPDATE: We're sorry to inform you that, due to a last minute scheduling conflict, the Q&A has been pushed back to Sunday, October 30, at 8 P.M. EST. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that as many of you as possibly will be able to make it to the Q&A tomorrow evening! Good evening everypony!! With Season 6 just wrapping up and Halloween/Nightmare Night right around the corner, we at Poniverse figured that a very special guest for our next Fandom Q&A would be in order. With that said, it is my pleasure to announce that none other than NCMares will be joining us this Saturday, October 29th, at 8 P.M. EST for our Nightmare Night Q&A!!! Most of you I'm guessing already know who NCMares is, but for those few who may not, he's one of the best artists in the fandom, a longtime con attendee, and (speaking from getting to personally meet him myself at BronyCon this summer) a really nice guy all around! Whether or not you're an artist or aspiring artist in the fandom yourself, this is going to be a Q&A you won't want to miss out on! You can check out all of NCMares' work by clicking on the link above, which will take you to his DeviantArt profile, but below you'll find just a sample of his amazing work! So please, stop on by this Saturday to chat with a really cool dude and wonderful artist about whatever's on your mind, should be a fun time for all!!!
  14. Good afternoon everypony! Hope all ya'll are staying cool on this hot, hot, HOT Monday! As promised during our last Q&A, here's a reminder for our next exciting one at the end of the month. Next Sunday, on July 31 starting at 4 pm EST, we'll have a 2-3 hour long Q&A with SorcerusHorserus, the fabulous creator of one of the longest-running MLP web comics, the wonderful Dash Academy! Like the Spade-Sisters, she too is based on DeviantArt, and if you haven't checked out her work yet, you most definitely should do so and give her a follow on DA as well. Dash Academy's a delightful story and she's put a ton of time and effort into putting it together for years, with SIX chapters currently completed and busily at work finishing the seventh, comprising a grand total of 76 installments thus far! Here's just a taste of what awaits you in Dash Academy... \\ So what are you waiting for? Go check it out now, it's awesome!!! Our staff is so, so, SO very excited to chat with her, and we hope as many of you will be able to make this Q&A as possible and enjoy it just as much as we're sure we will! That's all for now everypony, have a wonderful day and like I said earlier, stay cool, it is very, very hot in many places right now.
  15. Hello everyone! So as I said in my welcoming post I wanted to show everyone my artworks and here we are. Most of my works are OC's and Undertale art but maybe someone is going to like it... Here is some examples:
  16. Hello! So yeah. That's the first time I'm actually posting something about me on this website. Some of you may know me from somewhere else. (Maybe Russia, God knows why the Russians like me!) But anyway. I've been doing pony art for two years or so. I ask for nothing in return, although a watch on DeviantArt is always appreciated. It helps me to reach more people, and make their artworks come true. I'm always available for a good chat, or advice. I work with PhotoShop CS6, Paint Tool SAI for lines, and also traditional art. So yeah, that's it. Here's some of my stuff; the artworks are not in chronological order. *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Alright, sorry for the long thread. And my apologies if I messed up with the rules somehow, I'm new here guys. I won't post my entire gallery, of course. I tried to link each artwork to its own page, but it was taking too long to get all the links and it didn't worked. Sorry for that too. But feel free to check my page on if you wish. Everything is there. The best regards! - Pedro Hander
  17. Hello my name is Sara, i just want to show you my art I would love to know what ya'll rhink about it. I am open to constructive criticism, cause i would really like to be a better artist! If you like it here is a link to my DA account: Enjoy
  18. Hi! I have no idea how this website works yet, so I'm starting very slowly. Here's an artwork of mine I finished quite some time ago. I hope you guys like it! *** *** - Pedro Hander
  19. Hey all! I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good quality OC creator applications/games online I could use? I really want to make more images/artworks of my OC but i suck at drawing... Preferably something with HEX codes so i can make the colours of my OC accurate without having to change it on photoshop, also something that has decent photo quality and isn't all pixelated if i saved it. I would love some sort of pony GIF creator too! Either insert a link or comment what the name of the site is down bellow! Thanks everyone!
  20. I was watching some less-than tasteful videos on my friend's Twitch. I eventually got so disgusted I had to leave the stream. So Die Antwood has to now be my least favorite artist, which says a lot when I hate Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and One Direction. What is your least favorite artist? Maybe one that makes your skin crawl?
  21. Hello again everypony! i hope the year has started off with a bang for everyone so far, and as i had such a wonderful reaction and helpful contributions when i asked for people's OC's to be possible background ponies in my upcoming webcomic Equestria's Dawn, i thought i'd put out another call - this time, i need your help in designing some ponies! One particular arc of the story features our favourite bothersome pesky parasprites (no more spoilers), and within the township they're terrorizing, dwell a large family of ponies. Now we have the Apple family, and the Pie family and the Orange family. But i need YOUR help designing the Bee family. Now the Bee family is a large family of ponies all based on our lovely honey-making buzzing little stripey friends, mostly to assist in raising awareness of how drastic the situation has become globally for bees in general - without bees to spread pollen and create honey, our environment is in danger. without bees, we can just about kiss the plant goodbye. personally, i adore bees, because all they want to do is their jobs - getting stung is usually a result of either mishandling or accidental intrusion of their personal space - it's more a defense mechanism for them; after all - if you were as small as them, wouldn't you want to protect yourself from being sat or stood on? So in this endeavour, i have decided that the Bee family, who are all bee keepers themselves, will play a generous role in Equestria's Dawn - I've had some ideas for a few of the family members, but as with the background ponies, i'm in need of assistance to design much of the family. Here are some characters i already have established, but not designed further than very rough sketches: QUEENIE BEE - head of the Bee family, she's the literal matriarch as all the other ponies in the family are her children. she's a very mature, stately and grand pony who carries herself with dignity and with grace, respected by all the townsfolk as something of the town mayor, though she doesn't personally hold the title. Queenie has a gentle heart but is firm and steadfast in her beliefs. HONEY BEE - Queenie's eldest daughter, about the same age as the main characters (late teens); she is a sweet and kind pony, but strongly defensive of her home and younger siblings, and fiercely loyal to her mother. BUMBLE BEE - Queenie's eldest son, Honey's younger brother. He means well but is often very clutzy - however when it comes to defending his family, he's a reliable and studious pony who's never afraid to stand up for himself and his siblings. BEESWAX - the grandfather figure of the family, Queenie's aging father and retired head of the family. He's often laughed at by other ponies for his silly ways and outlandish stories, but he pays them no heed (usually because he can't actually hear anything...). Mostly deaf, always smiling away obliviously. ------ I know there are almost 20,000 different species of bees, but as the Bee family is mostly made of up young/average ponies and fillies and colts, i'm really only planning on having up to about 7-8 main, named family members, and maybe up to 15 or so others as fillers. They'd all follow similar, bee-related colour schemes (yellow/orange and black/brown), in varying different tones and coat designs. Which is, my friends, you come in. If you'd like to design a member of the Bee family (be it Queenie, Honey, Bumble, Beeswax or any of the others ((you can even base them off other types of bees like the carpenter bee or the stingless bee)), ) please be my guest and show me the end result! Likewise with the background ponies that so many of you have generously allowed me to use already, if you do design a Bee, you will be given full credit at the end of any chapter where they may appear in. Thank you for reading, and i hope to hear from everypony soon! have a lovely Australia Day! peace to all, -Wandering
  22. A very happy new year to all of you! We here at the Manehattan Project hope that the holidays treated you well. As for us, ironically half of us were sick during most of them and the other half spent a bit more time in Fallout 4 when we should have been working in GoE. Such is the way of gamers. But don't worry, we're almost completely back on track. We've made some internal changes to the way we're handling the workload that should bring things to fruition much sooner. At the moment, I'm happy to say that we even have a general goal for launch. While we're not ready to share that just yet, know that this is coming. Soon, the Manehattan Project will invite you to head back to New Pegasus and save two worlds. It's in that vein that I'm here today. We have a couple important openings I'm sure you will be interested in. Artist: The MLP and Fallout: Equestria community is filled with gifted and talented artists. Thankfully, many folks have given us permission to use their material, giving us the opportunity to create some truly awesome customized items for GoE 1. But there's still a lot of work to do. We're looking for someone with experience in GIMP, Photoshop or a similar program. It doesn't need to be extensive. There are two sides of our artistic endeavors: Retextures: We're looking for folks who are adept at changing existing in-game elements to fit the FO:E asthetic. For example, you would change the primary image file for the signs says "Overseer" to "Overmare." There are a lot of little changes that need to be made and we need someone to make this happen. We're also looking for people to create higher-resolution versions of the existing material (such as foodstuffs and drinks). Original Artwork: We're also looking for individuals to create original artwork for the various skill books, magazines, Ministry posters and other Fallout: Equestria-style material. We need them to be high-resolution (at least at Fallout 4's level) so we can reuse them for GoE 2. There's a lot of freedom in this role, but we do have a few critical projects. You'll be working hand-in-hand with our Lead Artist, Littlepip/FancyCat. In addition, if you already have some art like this (or know of people with art like this), please let us know in the comments! PMV/Visualizer/YouTube Effects Artist (After Effects): This is a completely new position we're just announcing today! We're looking for someone with some minor experience in After Effects. We have several big trailer projects (including a totally epic Launch Trailer for GoE 1) along with our music announcements. Heck, if you want to even add some cool effects to the audiobook videos, that would be great! All you need to have is After Effects and a willingness to make epic things. Those are the two big roles we have open at the moment. If you're interested, please drop us an application! Thanks to Reddit, we have our new Calamity tentatively cast already. Polyphonic is over the moon about this potential candidate. In addition, massive work has been done on the Rock Farm Sector 3. Let me just say that the Rock Farm is by far the most complex and ambitious level I've ever designed. It's utterly MASSIVE. (It's six stories tall with numerous labs and facilities on each level!). There's an enormous amount of custom material. I've actually created unique Maneframes for the Ministry of Arcane Science, the Ministry of Technology and joint MAS/MWT Maneframes for this, complete with custom glow colors and actual ministry logos. That's all with a completely recolored purple glow version of the glowing blue utility set from "Old World Blues." It's epic. Seriously. That's all we have for this week. But now that the holidays are over, the kid gloves are coming off. We're making this happen. We're going to give you an awesome reason to head back to New Pegasus...and make you wonder just what we have in store for you in GoE 2 in Buckston. Until next week folks, have fun and stay safe! -Novel Idea
  23. Hello Visual Art Board! I had just joined this website as recommended by someone who follows my Deviantart account, and I thought I should take a shot and go with the flow! I am new to drawing ponies and I am still getting the hang of the anatomy and what looks best in my style. I would really appreciate any tips or suggestions, as well as critic! I'm a big girl, so feel free to be as brutally honest as you can! Compliments or components on my art that look nice or visually pleasing is also appreciated! Thank you very much for your time! (Incoming image dump!) (Adoptables- not yet for sale) (Currently on sale on Deviantart)
  24. So I am currently 32 years of age, and I have been drawing since I was maybe 4-6? It is still my preferred way to draw. I also colour on paper, using either inks, watercolour pencilcrayons, or oil pencilcrayons. I will try and post one every once in a while in this thread, as quite a few of them have accumulated over the years. Keep in mind these are all copyrighted. You can view them all in my sig. This one is probably one of the scariest ones I ever did - I call it "Anare'il, the dragon god of Chaos" - I started in in 2004 - but I had it fully done with solid shading. I t was ok at the time.. but I felt like it had more potential. So 10 years later I went back to it, erased all the solid shading, and reshaded it all.. and the result became much much scarier.. the pencil was really cool, but I still felt it could be more.. so I took a piece of it, and isolated it, and it became much scarier. Then I took that piece and slapped some generic photoshop colour on it - I wasn't going for much here, just wanted to see what colour would do to it, and it became.. creepily alive. I then chopped it up a bit just to see what itd look like with its mouth closed etc.. it got pretty interesting.. there is also a little dot by his one claw - that is supposed to be a little girl - it shows scale - he's one big boy keep in mind the last shots were simply for my own amusement of how the mouth would look opened or closed - I made no effort to actually make it all streamlined, or even to colour it adequately - just fun experiments I will show all the images below the original solid shaded the reshaded the snapshot the coloured snapshot the variations
  25. So over time I got really into digital pieces, very vivid colours with a cosmic theme, and while I am not too pleased that they have become my most popular art pieces, as hand drawn works take much longer to do, I am still happy that they get some sort of recognition. I will try and post one every once in a while in this thread, as quite a few of them have accumulated over the years. Keep in mind these are all copyrighted. You can view them all in my sig. These are not full resolution due to copyright issues.. issues I am still actively fighting as people like to use them without crediting me. This one is called Cosmic heart of the universe, it is also the cover of my published book here is is as a lightbox too
