I'm Strike, from Jackson County, Sneads, Florida. My whole county has been torn to shreds, but thankfully my family and I survived. I live in Marianna, Fl less then a mile away from the pictures in the link below. I wanted to see if anyone one here is going through this too.

Hayo! This is me. I need stupid ideas to keep myself entertained in a hotel room with three other males in Florida for one week straight. Post below. Make sure they're safe. I'm already wearing a Nic Cage mask and dragging a potato around.

Okay, so I was unsure if I should post here or in Life Advice, but here it is. So basically, I am going on a trip from Maine to Florida, as I do once or twice a year. (We own a home there and like to visit family) Now, we've been doing these trips since I was very young and quite honestly, I'm getting bored. It sounds terrible because I know many many people would love to go to Florida all the time but after a while, enough is enough right? So I was looking for new things to do. We've been to all the big parks like Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, all that. But we've never been to Discovery Cove and this year I'm planning on bringing my girlfriend and I'm sure she'd love to swim with dolphins. It's expensive though, so I'm looking for people who have been there. I've seen reviews on sites but I trust this community over many others. Anyone who has been there like to write a review for me? Plus, any other things to do around the Orlando area?

For those who don't know, Skyline Chili is a Cincinnati-style chili, meaning that it is more of a sauce-like consistency, made with certain seasonings (not really spicy) and is usually not served by itself. It is most commonly served as a layered 3-way with noodles, chili, and cheese or as a cheese coney (a hot dog in a bun with chili and cheese on top), although it may be served with burritos, potatoes, etc. Obviously, Skyline Chili locations spread out from Cincinnati, with locations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and (for some reason unknown to me) Florida. My parents come from Cincinnati, and consequently, my family has always liked Skyline Chili. We have a tradition to make it at home or eat it at the restaurant at least once a week, which I have continued doing since moving out. When my family goes to the restaurant, I usually share a 3-way and a chili bean mix burrito with one of my siblings. Is anyone else here from OH/KY/IN/FL and a fan of Skyline Chili? If so, how often do you have it and what do you usually order/make?
