  1. You should all be familiar with the game League of Legends. If not check it out on youtube! So here we can discuss anything about it. What lvl are you, want to join our MLP clan? Need friends? You can all add me if you want too. Im currently playing on EU West.Add: Sir PurrPurrI use to play with Lamii and Freckels, and i enjoy every minute of it.So what do you think of this amazing game?::UPDATE::So a lot of people wanted me to update this post with a few features such as where do everybody on this forum play. I can do that, no problem. But if you want to be on the lest you have to either send me a private message OR quote me.EUW EUE NA
  2. With all of the junk that some people spout about it (Overwatch players who claim it's a clone. It's nothing even close. It's like calling Call of Duty a Halo clone, pretty much...), I feel like some of you should at least know of it. Put this thread here because I think there should be at least somebody else on this forum that actually plays this game, and maybe it can be discussed here. I play it on steam, and in-game (I WILL change it to something much better and less nooby when I get the crystals... If only I didn't already spend some on the Infiltrator Pip body skin...) I'm xPurplexx. I mainly play Androxus, Grohk, and Makoa, though recently I've been playing some Ruckus, Mal'Damba, and Drogoz (So that way I can cover most possibilities on my team composition). I've also played a good bit of Pip and Kinessa.
  3. I’ve tried to free up space, I’ve tried making a system restart, I’ve tried troubleshooting, and the computer still crashes and overall doesn’t work. Updates never install despite actually having just enough space left and troubleshooting hurts the computer more than it helps it. If anyone has any suggestions or has experienced this before, please feel free to share. I’m sorry that I’ve made 1 or 2 computer forums already, but I’m running out of things to try.
  4. If you want to see my CURRENT tier list, here's a link to the current Sun and Moon version. I will only update it through Guru, unless it won't work, then I will do it through here and post my updated list here.
  5. Exactly what the title says. After you come home from a day at school, work or whatever you do during the day (That does not include being on the interwebz). Which websites do you check in first with? Mine are the following: Equestria Daily, Mlpforums, Youtube, Tumblr and Newgrounds (sometimes).
  6. How do yall feel about windows 10? I havent read much about it and will soon but i woukd like some opinions of what other tech ponies and non tech ponies think. How do yiu think elderly people will feel about it? I have grandparents askibg me and want more opinions before i give a statement
  7. SUPERHOT Platform: PC, Xbox One Genre: FPS/Puzzle Publisher/Developer: SUPERHOT TEAM ESRB: T Price: $25 USD SUPER. HOT. These are two words you will be saying after playing this game. SUPERHOT is a First Person Shooter, but not like you have ever played. SUPERHOT is actually a really simple concept. You play as a nameless character, seemingly supposed to be you, in a sort of virtual reality game, where you dispatch with 'red guys' as they are called, by various means. Shooting them, punching them, even going at it with a katana. Guns have limited ammunition and the baseball bat weapon can break, but you can also throw your weapon to get the jump on the enemies. Here is where the twist comes in: SUPERHOT only movies when you do. While you are motionless, the game slows down drastically, to near stopping point, so you can strategically fight all of the enemies, as you die with 1 hit. Being shot once, be hit with a sword once, even being just punched once, is instant death, so patience and situational awareness is an absolute must with this game, but wow, is it fun. Your enemies all die in one hit as well, except for melee hits which takes 3, so the odds are also in your favor if you are careful. While a simple concept on paper, it is incredible how well executed it all is. The thrill of getting a huge kill chain while not be touched is exhilarating beyond belief, especially since this game doesn't mess around. Even the visuals and sounds are simple, with a very crisp look consisting mostly of white for the background, black for weapons and objects and red for the enemies. It is simplistic but works flawlessly for the concept. IT keeps everything easy to see and once you get the hang of the way the game works, if you are patient enough, this game will keep you coming back again and again. There is a story mode surprisingly enough and this is actually what you must start with. You play through about 27 levels where you are given all that you need to get the hang of the game. This story mode, while incredibly short, was actually quite engaging, as there are some really interesting undertones to the entire thing and it will have you wondering. Like I said it is short though, it can be beaten in about two hours, so sadly the story just doesn't last long. Once you complete it though, you unlock a plethora of new content, such as endless modes with different arenas and variants, challenge which has you going through the story mode with specific conditions and more. This, a long with the addicting gameplay, makes this one of the most fun experiences I have had in a game in a long time, let alone an FPS. To me, this game has very little in the way of flaws. Firstly, the hit detection can be a tad finicky in you are close to a wall's edge. Sometimes a bullet will hit the empty air right next to the edge or when you throw a weapon, the weapon might go at an angle that causes it to hit a wall unexpectedly. This is something that is not a major issue mind you, but it is something I experienced. Other than that, perhaps a slightly longer story would have been nice, but this just doesn't detract from the overall package. Say what you will, but I would take this $25 unique FPS experience over any generic COD title with it's $60 price tag AND $50 season pass any day. Final Verdict: And there you have it. This is one of the best games I have ever played.
  8. Yeah, this thread is for anyone who wants to talk about the MOBA SMITE with others who play it, of if you're new maybe get tips on playing. But if you're new to SMITE completely and want to know what it is, SMITE is a free-to-play MOBA that is quite different from the well known LoL and Dota 2. It's third-person, and features gods and goddesses from ancient mythology such as Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, and many more from Greek, Egyptian, Hindu, Mayan, and Chinese mythology. If you want to get the game click the link here (Its a link for referring a friend so both you and me get more stuff in-game) So yeah, if you would like to friend me in-game, my username is MAniACKMagee and I'm usually up for groups.

  10. So, I have seen YouTubers and Twitch streamers playing this game and I thought it would be fun to try it out. I wasn't sure if my computer could actually run it or not as I don't have the recommended specs required. Anyway, I was trying it out over the weekend and it is fun. I haven't actually had the courage to really strike up a conversation with any one as I am kind of shy...but it is fun to watch people. There is some weird stuff that goes on there...funny and disturbing...in a good way. It's neat how you can choose an avatar...everything from MLP characters to Rick and Morty. I was walking around as an anime girl from Doki Doki Literature Club and Songbird Serenade/Derpy for a bit before settling on Felix Argyle(I can be a trap? Yes please, haha). So, does any one else play? What do you think of it? Do you love it? Do you hate it?
  11. I am hoping to gather together a team of programmers, graphic artists/designers, animators, voice actors and writers to bring together a long awaited project. For years now, this fandom has gone without something important, something that would bring motivation to us creatives, companionship to those of us who are lonely. I'm talking about a virtual pony assistant of course. Just think of all the content in the fandom and the amount of us actually using computers in our day to day lives, as well as the lonely ones out there who just want to connect with the ponies they love or anypony in general be it OC, fanmade or otherwise. Since day one I myself have been looking for something like this, surprisingly there are not many pony apps out there that are that well made or appealing, not blaming the creators at all, they made what they wanted to make not what other people have been wanting or asking for. This needs to be done. In saying it needs to be done, i'm not demanding anyone do it, I'm simply saying it has to be done as in it needs to eventually happen as it would be incredible and something of value, well sought after by many in the fandom. Imagine you had a bad day at work, or are simply stuck on an idea, or just need help with research. Imagine you could just simply say "hello princess, do you think you can brighten my day?" and have Twilight herself reply with a soothing "of course I can, well I can at least try, should I play your favorite song, or we could play a game?" Imagine being able to compliment anypony of your choosing, pet their mane with a click of your mouse, boop them on the snout, or have them lay there in all of their animated beauty, maybe even on a pillow or cushion looking all cute and adorable. If anyone is willing to contribute their time to such a project, if you have the skills, please message me and we'll get to building this team. I am no leader, so I will need all the help I can get planning this venture. I look forward to working with all who wish to contribute. Best wishes, Final Verse.
  12. Hey everyone! So I made this really old video awhile back and wanted to see if I can get feedback on what could improve etc etc. Please Share if you can too! Thank you! (Also let me know if this topic is relative or in the appropriate category 0-0 new to forum posting!)
  13. Back about a week ago, Mozilla announced Firefox Quantum, their newest, and greatest, version of Firefox yet. I decided to drop Chrome for a week and try this new Firefox as my daily driver. Here's my opinion on it
  14. World of Tanks, the HUGE game filled with iconic tanks. Paper Blueprint tanks, WW2 tanks, and even some Cold War tanks, everyone and there mother knows about this game, considering they have ads everywhere and the game is free! Anyway, I wanna know what your guys favourite tanks are? I personally use the premium tier 8 Chinese Heavy Tank, the 112, and I also use the tier 10 German medium the Leopard 1, as well as the Tier 10 German TD Jagdpanzer E-100, and many others! (Chinese and German superiority, suck it Russian and American tanks XD)
  15. -I see no need to buy an XBone or a PS4 in the near future, not even their souped-up versions. -Actually, I'm feeling like I'm losing interest in Big-boxed systems(Consoles, and in some cases, PCs) -Thanks to the upcoming lineup coming to the Nintendo Switch, I'm now weary about all games coming out because it's becoming too much. -On the other hand, even before the Switch announcement, I've been more into mobile/handheld gaming because of the fact that you can take it on the go. -Indie games and smaller, more 2D games, are starting to catch my attention more than big budget 3D Games(I've enjoyed Sonic Mania and Steamworld Dig 2 on the Switch. I also plan on getting Cuphead on PC. But this game really needs to come to Switch) -I like my Raspberry Pi, and the ability to play my old games -Despite that, I have an NES Classic Edition(didn't pay scalper's prices. XP), and I might get the SNES Classic Edition -I'm gonna get a Win GPD this weekend because I still like the idea of your own personal computer in handheld form(Lighter to carry than a laptop) -I'm double dipping on Doom for the Switch because I love the idea of taking Doom on the go. And so far, from what I've heard, it's gud. -I'm not ashamed of modding my games for more....cosmetic reasons. XP -We're getting closer to gaming nirvana on the go with the Switch. I hope Microsoft and Sony follow suit. In fact, give it the option to plug wirelessly into a TV set will suffice.
  16. Long story short, someone offered to help me build a pc. I'm not a high end gamer, honestly haven't played for a few months, but when I did it was things like League of Legends and a brief stint of WoW. I'd like to be able to play something like Morrowind on at least medium settings, I by no means need top of the line action. I'll mostly be doing simple drawings, managing a few photos, streaming my favorite shows, and casually playing a few games. My budget will be under $500; this is what we came up with. Anyone see any issues? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for anything! Also, thanks to those who sent me pms already regarding this
  17. Here is mine. Of course, I use my laptop for schoolwork too,.
  18. I have the 360 version but I just seem to prefer PC now a days. Is the game even remotely enjoyable on PC? Because it seems I need to mod it to be a PC game to begin with. Is it worth the trouble for mouse and keyboard controls? I can play "The Surge" just fine on my computer.
  19. I have created this thread for those who are seeking advice on anything Technical in their life. Need help fixing a computer issue? Need advice on a new PC build? 20. I've played MANY addicting games in my life. Lots of them are mobile. I have never gotten addicted to a console game though. The most addicting game I've ever played is one the PC. That game is none other than... Played it for 18 hours straight... not very healthy. XD If Minecraft were a girl I would kiss it... on the lips. So I am obviously beyond the point of addiction. More like obsessed. What do you find as the most addicting game?
  21. First and foremost, I'd like to thank everyone for reaching the 5000 view count. Seriously, I don't think I've ever reached a number that big for any of my work. Thank you for everything; it's been a wonderful holiday season. Secondly, no, this is not the special. This entry is simply me writing a review for something that happened two hours ago. I'm working on the special; I've gotta fix up the images in photoshop and I'll go over a few notes. I've been backed up with two new entries (a first) so I've got about one more entry after this and I'll be releasing the special. Thank you everyone, it means a lot. SO! Watch_Dogs, Watch_Dogs, Watch_Dogs. If I got a nickel every time I mentioned that card-board cutout of a game, I'd be rich. So where to begin. Let's see . . . As many readers may or may not know, I've been in the process of my "worst" move. It's taken a lot out of all of us, our trip to the states. We've thrown away about 20 pounds of childhood memorabilia and shedding a few tears in the process. Anyway, while sorting through my things, I found it. My old copy of Watch_Dogs, a game I picked up not a month ago. Well, this time I had the case, so I suppose it's different. Anyway, I popped open the case and found both discs inside, patiently waiting for me to rage at the TV one last time; I placed the cd into my XBox and tried to load the game one last time. Did it work? Of course not, but it did give me an idea. Hidden behind the cover art was a phone number, one to Ubisoft Support. So I called them up, hoping that with whatever glimmer of hope I still had, I'd be able to exchange my broken copy for a new one (a code at least). Yeah, good luck with that. Ubisoft Support, although not the worst, couldn't care less. I'll admit, the person on the phone was nice, but he kept referring me to buying a new copy. (Apparently there was some sale on the original to make way for Watch_Dogs 2) "I don't wanna buy a new copy! Just give me a code or something!" That call was a waste of money. Anyway, fast forward to today, I managed to pick up a copy on Steam for 15 bucks on the "Complete Edition" (A friend picked it up for me; I'm cheap). So I spent the whole day downloading the gaping 17GBs at 500KB/s. How delightful. You've gotta thank hotel internet for their relentless dedication. On to the juicy parts . . . GAMEPLAY! The GAMEPLAY IS STUNNING! When I move my mouse, it's like I'm a glitchy hacker. While watching the cutscenes, I can't tell if I'm lagging or that's the real-deal. 20 frames per second is like a life goal. Could you imagine what would happen if the real world ran at 20 frames per second? We'd all be buying GTX 1080s. That's what would happen. There's really no point to this entry anymore. There's not much to say, so I'll let the pictures of my rad adventure pull it off. AIDEN PEARCE LOOKS GOOD AT 800X600 RESOLUTION (Yeah, his name is spelled that way. I had to check.) I always looked at it as an aesthetic_the bare streets and no shadows kinda added to aiden's crippling depression.jpg (Not to mention, check out that guy in the poster! He's lookin' pretty fiiiiine!) OWL MOTEL NEVER LOOKED BETTER (Shot with in-game engine) Ubisoft is the Picaso of pixel art. Look at all those fine textures! Welp, that was my "adventure". It lasted a good half-hour, so it's not that bad. Like I said, I've got better entries (unlike this one) coming soon! So stick around for those. Hopefully I've have Internet to post 5k special. -RealityPublishing (If you couldn't tell, this is my "I just woke up" writing. ) Discord: https://discord.gg/6fNjXFq FiMFiction:http://www.fimfiction.net/user/RealityPublishing ALSO: This is going to be my new profile picture. I hope you enjoy.

  24. So on top of the recently released Nuka World DLC for Bethesda's Fallout 4, it would seem that GPU manufacturer Nvidia have decided to release their own custom mod for the game titled "Vault 1080", and are basically using it to showcase some new volumetric lighting effects that could be utilized by their '1000' series of graphics cards and implemented into future Fallout games or similar titles (Elder Scrolls with that lighting, anyone?). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnKpwiT8pA0 Now I know this is something that will probably only interest players with top of the line PC systems right now, I know for sure mine couldn't run this without a significant frame rate loss, but my real question here is; What do you think of these companies using mods like this to test new graphical capabilities? Do you think it could be more than just a glorified tech demo? Does it show that you could potentially go back and get much more out of games like this, even after they have started to age in a few years? I personally think it's a nifty feature to take advantage of, to let players themselves experience the effects in a properly finished title rather than just pre-generated imagery or a 'built for display' game that will never actually be released. Here's a couple of more images from the mod itself. I must say that it definitely lends itself to making the environment much more atmospheric:
  25. So recently, I decided to give the Playstation Now a try through the 7 day free period. I had a great online provider(Cox), and I had a Logitech F310 controller. They both worked well and I was able to enjoy playing one game: Katamari Forever. Damn, that game is addictive. But I dunno if I want to put down the $20 a month for the service, mainly because I'll end up forgetting about it. What PS3 exclusive on the PSNow would you recommend that I try out?
