  1. I'm looking for artists and writers to work with on a few comic book ideas. One of them may be very violent and may contain a lot of gore (we'll communicate privately for that one to keep the gore off the forums). Another involves characters with silly powers or themes, but it will pretend to be serious. I need to work on my own drawing skills, and perhaps my writing, but I have a lot of fresh ideas if anyone is interested in helping. The first idea involves a hero who can transfer all of his injuries to someone by touching them. I have a few cliffhangers planned for this one as well as a basic plot. There's also an idea for another character that can create phantom pains in her enemies, but the drawback is that she also feels that pain. The second idea I mentioned starts off with a character called "The Not-Invisible Man." After a freak accident with bioluminescent waste, he gained the power of superior visibility, and can even glow in the dark. He wears a neon jacket and carries a reinforced Stop sign. He has many hats to help him blend in with multiple jobs that use the neon vests/jackets. Among the villains he'll face are the Pun-Liner, a bad Joker/Riddler wannabe; The Coin Crusher, which is really just those penny squishing machines (nothing special about them, it's just one of his delusions, he thinks they're his enemy. Did I mention he hates things that are technically illegal? These machines are an example of that because it's technically defacing legal tender); his as of yet unnamed neighbor and his multiple pet squirrels ("I wonder what devious plots he's planning on using those squirrels for. He's giving them enhancements. Those squirrels can do incredible things. I swear, one of them can fly, another can climb walls, and one of them... I saw it... it's invisible!" -The Not-Invisible Man); and The Saniac, a man that by our standards would be completely insane if not for his powers. The Saniac's power is that he's completely sane, not because he perceives the world as it is, but because the world is as he perceives. His power manipulates reality making his delusions into truths. His powers are limited by his perceived limitations only. Some days he may believe nothing can stop him, others he'll believe that cookies make him shrink to the size of a mouse.

    Cooperative OC Creation Team

This here is a place where great minds can come together to create high quality OCs. Wether you have an idea for a new OC, have an existing OC that needs improvement, or just want to help others with their OCs, this is the place for you. If you would like help with an OC, feel free to ask. The goal here is to form a group of people who are comfortable working together on OCs. Please use this site's database for the creation of your OCs, links will be provided below each Weekly Theme. All criticism here MUST BE CONSTRUCTIVE, blatant insults are not welcome and will be reported. Also, alicorn OCs are OKAY, they just need to be well thought out. Each week, I will also be posting a suggested theme as inspiration for new OCs. This is NOT mandatory, it is JUST A SUGGESTION. Eventually, if we get enough people involved in this, we may even start voting on the best OC for the Weekly Theme. You will find the Weekly Theme in this post, as I will be editing it in each week. I will also post the theme as a new post so it can be seen among the recent posts as well. This way, new members can see the theme in the original post and members who are already participating in the group will see it among the new posts and their notifications. This is a relaunch of an already existing group called "OC Creation Team." The group was originally started by another member who put me in charge, but I could not edit the original post so I restarted it here. If you would like help with an OC, but you also want to stay anonymous, feel free to PM me to ask me to post your OC here for you. This way we can help you, but you aren't getting any unwanted attention. In Sickness and in Health! Now for a more interesting theme with a bit of duality. This week the theme is all about sickness. From doctors curing the ill, to mad scientists creating new ways to make their bio weapons more excruciating, we are looking for characters with a background in medical science (or perhaps magic?). Have fun! It is recommended that you use this site's Character Databases for creating your character. When you post your character here, please include a picture of your character, a link to the character's page, and a brief description of the character. If an image is not available, please be thorough in your description of the character. Click here for Everfree Empire characters (less strict, anything goes as long as it doesn't break the rules of the site) or here for Equestrian Empire characters (more strict, everything has to be believable as something that could appear in the show) Generally I will try to post a new theme at midnight Friday night going into Saturday Eastern Standard Time (USA).

Support gunners usually hang back behind teammates to give indirect, suppressive fire to drive back opponents. Support gunners are also useful in defense situations because of their rate of fire that they can shoot at an enemy. The most important job of a gunner is to force an enemy into a position of defense that benefits their teammates. The importance of the gunner is not to be fast and maneuverable, like snipers and infantry, but to hold key areas. heavy weapons you also help hold the base or other areas. You use machine guns, mortars, rocket-propelled grenades, flamethrowers, grenade-launchers, anti-tank weapons, and/or other portable heavy weapons to keep undead and raiders at bay. sniper/spotter:your a highly trained marksman who shoots targets from concealed positions or distances exceeding the capabilities of regular personnel. The spotter detects, observes, and assigns targets and watches for the results of the shot. Using his spotting scope, he will also read the wind by using physical indicators and the mirage caused by the heat on the ground. Also, in conjunction with the shooter, he will accurately make calculations for distance, angle shooting (slant range), mil dot related calculations, correction for atmospheric conditions and leads for moving targets. It is not unusual for the spotter to be equipped with a notepad and a laptop computer specifically for performing these calculations. He also provides the team security, therefore he is usually armed with an assault rifle. It is often the case that the sniper rifle is assigned exclusively to a single person, therefore in the case of rotation the spotter carries two weapons. Some military doctrines describe a third member known as the flanker. His task is to have observed areas not visible to the sniper or spotter and assist with the team's rear security. designated marksman: The DM's role is to supply rapid accurate fire on enemy targets at ranges up to 800 metres (870 yd) with a highly-accurate semi-automatic rifle equipped with a telescopic sight. The DM operates as an integral member of the team, providing a niche capability contributing to the overall firepower of the platoon in the same way as a grenadier with a rifle-mounted grenade launcher, or the gunner who employs the squad/section machine gun. The DM weapon provides a capability to the infantry platoon in the shape of increased precision at a greater range than that provided by the standard infantry rifle, by virtue of its sighting system and/or larger caliber. By comparison, the sniper role is much more specialized with very comprehensive selection, training and equipment. room clearer: your the big guy on the team. 7. NOTE: Wrestlemane-ia has ended. The team of Princess Celestia and Sunset Shimmer, AKA 'Solar Eclipse', have defeated Twilight Sparkle and Spike 31-28 to become the first-ever MLP Tag Team Champions! A big round of applause for our runner-ups, who twice came back from large deficits to make this one of the tournament's closest and most exciting matches. RESULTS OF ROUND 3 'The Princess & the Dragon', TWILIGHT SPARKLE & SPIKE def. 'Rock Candy', PINKIE PIE & MAUD PIE (31 votes to 25) 'Solar Eclipse', PRINCESS CELESTIA & SUNSET SHIMMER def. 'The Page Turners', RAINBOW DASH & DARING DO (31 votes to 25) (Better summaries than I ever could have written by The Second Opinion and EquestrianScholar. xD ) RESULTS OF ROUND 2 RESULTS OF ROUND 1 See the 16 teams that qualified and how the matchups came about. This goes in classic tournament style, with 8 matchups in Round 1, 4 matchups in Round 2, 2 matchups in Round 3, and the final 2 teams facing off at WrestleMane-ia! So I thought of something a while ago: hey (hay)! We've got a voting tournament set up like the NFL Playoffs (the Most Attractive Pony Tournament). We've got another one named after the NBA March Madness Tournament. We've even got one named after the FIFA World Cup. But one thing we've never had here as far as I know is: An MLP Tag Team Wrestling Tournament! Ponies plus fantasy wrestling? The chance to come up with the funniest tag teams I could think of? Running my own contest?? I had to try it! I did set a few ground rules for myself, before I got too excited: No Mane 6 teamed together because it's an unfair popularity advantage, and no inanimate objects or non-pony "animals" allowed. (Sorry AJ, you can't team up with Bloomberg, Fluttershy won't be stuck with Angel Bunny, and I love you Rarity, but you can't wrestle The Crab.) And a few rules for everypony else: (1) Some of the ponies teaming up may not be friends or even know each other in canon. But that's okay--we're bronies! Imagine these ponies together, promote them, post pictures of them together (SFW) if you wish! xD (2) Play nice. We all know these competitions sometimes get intense, but please keep your comments positive. Advocate for your favorite team/s as much as you like, but don't bash the others.

    Gaming War Thunder

Hello, is there anyone who plays War Thunder and wishes to play with me? http://warthunder.com/
  9. So... I recently watched the Lego Movie... It was fun... I guess? But I went online to listen to Everything is Awesome the major song in the movie, because I liked it, and, in the comments, someone noted that this is the villain song of the movie. So, I wondered what about it made it evil... People went on to say things that opened my eyes to something... "This song basically tells the kids that they should aspire to be part of a team... It's so obviously the villain song!" That wasn't sarcastic... But what does MLP teach us? That friendship and teamwork are important, we need it! And this is where I found (yet another) flaw in society. We build our kids up, telling them that they're unique, that it's up to them to achieve their dreams, that they have to go at it ALONE. But they don't. In fact, they shouldn't! In order to achieve your dreams, you need the help of a lot of people! Parents, friends, business partners, employees, teachers... We need all of them... My dad likes to say that we're all part of a big team, dedicated to ensuring the future of our team... So, yeah... Now, I'm gonna go talk to my best friend and talk about that joint YouTube channel that we were gonna set up and start uploading to... Because there's no way I'd be able to become a YouTuber alone! And there's no way I'd want to!
