There's another Star Citizen ship concept sale and it's a space bike. And it being called "Nox" spawned a flood of puns as never before. I was tempted to get the 2Pac with the black (Nox) and the silver (Nox Kue) one, but I'm not that bikuerious. So I ponied up the money and seaddled up on this space needle. Got the silver one. Seems more classy to me. It is made by Aopoa, which is a manufacturer of the Xi'an race. So I named it Lady Xiarity, which sounds like sharity -> charity ->generosity, Rarity's element of harmony. This is a racing bike, so it has a very generous power-to-weight ratio. With all this in mind, the name seemed very aopoapriate. This bike being named after a pony, it thus became an equine Nox. And in summer that's a rarity! Here's the official ship teaser video: and here's my recruitment page in case this bike nox your sox off and you want to join in on the pun: http://starcitizen.dowlphin.de PLEASE XIARE! ^^ P.S.: I got another space bike, more of a cruiser. It's the exclusive yellow version of the Dragonfly - "Dragonfly Yellowjacket". I named it "Dragonshy Yellowcoat" . Also got a stealth fighter named "Mare Selenitatis" and a big Constellation Phoenix class multicrew ship with a docked P-72 Archimedes snub fighter and a two-seated Lynx rover in the belly. I called them "Constellestia, Philomedes and Twily". (Also got a size-and-weight-optimized racing ship with huge engines called Pinkie and a Mustang Gamma racing ship called Dashie.) ... This is what it means when I'm calling myself a puntheist. Good puns are simply divine!
On 11th of December 2016, I went mountain bike riding with my uncle, aunty and brother. We drove up to a place called the You Yangs and rode out bikes on the tracks. It was tiring to ride such a long distance. We got up to this rock where we got to ride on to it then fall back down back to the path. I had a try going up the Rock and it was great. We got to got over humps and get some extreme air. Well for my uncle that is. We got up to this hill that was very high and had 3 humps to get over. It looked difficult. So I gave it a try. I started riding my mountain bike as fast as I felt comfortable with and changed my gears to a higher level. I got to the climax of the humps and got some extreme air. I accidentally swerved to the side and tried to keep balance while putting on the brakes, but the brakes were not on my side, the brakes made the back wheel spin to the side and I fell of scraping my right knee minorly and near my left elbow minorly but the elbow was worse. I had to ride all the way back to the car and go home. My aunty went to go buy some patches and antiseptic cream for my arm and we got it patched up. So far my left elbow has gone through its stages where it bleeds then turns watery then scabs up. So far it is going well on its way to recovery. As of my right leg it is totally fine.
Hey! I was just wondering if there's any other fellow motorcyclist out there. Figured I would start a thread for us. We can talk about places to ride, our favourite bikes, motogp, experiences, anything really. I am a 20 year old aviation student in Oklahoma, and I ride motorcycles for transportation as much as I can. Despite being a broke college student I have managed to own some pretty cool bikes. (In chronological order) 1. '06 Kawasaki Ninja 250r (sold) 2. '05 Honda cbr600rr (traded, sadly. AWESOME bike) 3. '81 Honda GL500 (currently restoring, almost finished) 4. '01 Ducati 900SS (Daily rider but having engine problems I would love to hear from you guys!
