  1. Below is linked to a poltical spectrum quiz. Take it and post your results. I'd like to see where everyone else here leans. Also the image below are my results to the same quiz. I would also say I do have sveral anarchist tendencies. And I lean somewhat towards Individualist Anarchism. https://www.politicalcompass.org/test
  2. So a about a month ago I finnally got around too watching both RWBY volume 3 and 4. And I have too say that I mostly enjoyed volume 4. So I won't be talking about why RWBY is shit now or why volume 4 sucked, instead these are more justbminor annoyances. So I guess the first thing would be is that Ruby/JNPR were the only ones too progress the plot. Everyone else sat on their ass the whole time. I suppose Yang, Blake, and Weiss all recieved some character development. But they didn't do anything too progress the story. Which brings me too the next point. Sometimes we went three or four episodes before we saw a character again. Near the end of the season Weiss begin practicing her semblance too summon fallen foes. Then it was like three episodes before we saw her again! And she was doing the same dam thing! (And cough this doesn't bother me just because Weiss is my favorite character.) That was actually a problem with both Yang and Blake. I remember when Yang got her robot arm, then it was like three or four episodes before we saw her again. Also what the hell was with Yang's sudden PTSD? When she dropped a glass she had a flash back too her arm being cut off. And she even had nightmares about the incident. Why was her PTSD suddenley gone when she got her arm? I don't know, the show couldn't be bothered too explore something interesting about a character. Hell even Yang's motivation for wanting too find Ruby at the end is kind of weird too me. She potentially has an oppurtunity too find her mother and she says:"f**k that I'm gonna go help lil sis" What? Umm hey Yang Ruby's a f**king badass. You've seen her kick grim ass left and right. She's f**king fine. And uh Yang Ruby has no motivation too help you find you're mother. She never knew, she doesn't even have a biological connection too her. So before I get too my final point I want too talk about Weiss and Blake a little bit. The only thing that annoys me about Weiss's story is her f**king dad and brother. And more specifically that one scene where Weiss's dad slapped her and essentially said "f**k you, Weasel is the company heir now" . And yes I know the brother's name isn't Weasel. But that's what he f**king is. One thing I have too say about Weiss's family is that it isn't unique. The controlling dissaproving father, and a rebllious son/daughter. In that regard her father doesn't annoy me that much. He's a d*ck but nothing special. And I really only hate Weasel because of how f**king grating his voice is. So anyways back too that one scene. I remember thinking "RoosterTeeth if Weiss doesn't decapitate this motherf**ker, you have no f**king balls." Then she took it like a bitch. F**k me. One thing I have too say about Weiss is that she isn't f**king stupid. Yes she can kick ass, she judgemental, etc, but she's also smart. You'd think the duaghter of a powerfull bussinusman would know a thing or two about the ins and outs of the company. And by that I mean Weiss should have balckmailed her dad's bitch ass. Find some dirt on her dad then have him still keep her as the heir. I mean Weiss can summon a f**king giantnmonster. What's dear old dad gonna do against that? I mean Weasel and daddy both seem like massive p***y's considering their oppisition too grim fighting. Weiss could tottaly kick their f**king ass. Also it's not exactly like she has anything too worry about. I have feeling Winter would actually commend her little sister for taking such intiative. The only complaint I have about Blake is we didn't see enough of her. It was nice too see her family, but she didn't do much besides that. So my last complaint would be that volume 4 was an intermediary season. And by that I mean it introduced a lot of new plot points, but didn't adress any of them. Because they will probaly be adressed in volume 5. Or volume 5 will be another intermediary season. The last thing I have too say is about Ren and Nora. It was nice too finnaly get some back story on them. Nothing special of course, but it does provide more context.
  3. Okay so episode 27 of Hanazuki is the season finale. And it was f**king amazing. Let's talk. So in the last episode the Big Bad makes red hemka sick. So Hanazuki is freakin out. But Doughy fixes it almost immediatley. Then Kiazuki and the others drive off the big bad. Kiazuki is pumped as mother f**ker. Being an egotistical bitch she wants all the credit. But she's upset when Little Dreamer gives a treasure too Hanazuki. And the resulting boss fight was epic. Really felt like a boss fight straight out of a video game. I'm also glad Kiazuki didn't go back too being evil. She already redeemed herself, and besides she was never really evil too begin with. I actually liked how Hanazuki got too Kiazuki by getting her too be honest with her emotions. It's actually very sweet and refreshing for me. Also in the end where Hanazuki's like"What emotion do you feel now?" And it was love, and then she hugged Hanazuki. Priceless. Realoy happy about that. I ship the hell out of Hanazuki x Kiazuki. I also now ship Moroshi x Kyoshi. Their f**king fantastic together. This was a very exciting and too be honest heart felt season finale. I mean even if the mlp season seven finale is shit I'll stil be happy. This was amazing. Also tommrow I will upload some screenshots of the episodes and maybe make more memes. I hope you enjoyed reading. EDIT: Added a bunch of images.
  4. I didn't have time too write a review for this episode until now. Anyways llet's get into this. The CMC have a heavy presence within the season so far. The next episode after this one is a CMC episode. And Forever Filly was a Sweetie Belle and Rarity episode. With the CMC even having their own b plot within the episode. Too be honest though I can't complain. I won't talk much about it here, I will wait till next week. But it is good too see that the CMC have evolved since we've first seen them. It's also good too see that despite their maturity they are still just little kids. I think having Scootaloo just crash in on Rainhow Dash's parents was the perfect intrroduction. Because if the setup instead was Rainbow Dash going too her parents house for dinner, maybe inviting Fluttershy or Twilight too go with her, then before we even met them we already would have had a bias towards them. Because Dash would have complained about how annoying her parents are. Which would leave people with an impression that they are annoying before we even met them. It's also interesting that Scootaloo finnaly met Dash's parents. For the last several season Rainbow has served as Scootaloo's defacto older sister even if they aren't biologically related. I am curious if they will ever expand upon that. Also seeing the trophy room of Dash's childhood was a good way too illustrate the type of parents they were. And it is easy too see why Dash has such an aversion too her parents. Also that sound affect door was great. The humour for this episode was spot on. And I love the new voice actors for Dash's parents. I am curious how Dash's parents managed too not know their daughter was a wonderbolt. Normally you'd think one of your countries biggest sports teams

And I love the new voice actors for Dash's parents. I am curious how Dash's parents managed too not know their daughter was a wonderbolt. Normally you'd think one of your countries biggest sports teams hires a new memebr, especially if that member has helped save the world several times. Seeing Dash's reaction too her parents really cements the message of this episode. Dash says she loves her parents very much but shes ashamed too even be around them. This reminds me of that one Apple Bloom episode were AB was emabressed of Granny Smith. Even if your family is unusual or embarising they still love you and in some cases probaly know more than you do. Dash's freak out was actually kind of justified though. Should she have been mean too her parents? No. But congradulating someone for hanging a towel is pretty ridiculous. And they were defintly over the top at certain momemts. It's also interesting too know more about Scootaloo's home life. This is the closest we've ever gotten too that. And at this point I think even the writers acknoweldge that it's weird that we haven't seen Scootaloo's parents yet. I also hope we see Scootaloo spending more time with Dash's parents. Especially when Rainbow is basically her older sister at this point. I also like seeing these charcters interacting with each others parents. In the Zephyr Breeze episode we know that Rainbow Dash used too spend time at Fluttershy's house. And it's good too know that they were friends even before ponyville. And this episode suggests that Twilight has met and interacted with Dash's parents. Which I'm assuming happend after she became an alicorn. Anyways that's all I really had too say about this episode. I have laso decided that I will try writing mlp reviews by Thursday and Hanazuki reviews on the day they come out or the following Wednsday. Anyways if you bothered too read this I hope you enjoyed it.
  6. Full Disclosure: I don't really like Rarity.(In the distance fans feint in angusih.) In fact I used too kind of hate her. But after reading several thingga from her fans my opinion has softend. I will talk more about this later in the review. So we open on Canterlot Boutiqe. Or whatevr it's called. Seeing Sassy Saddles was a really nice touch. It's been two seasons since her last appearnce. She wasn't a big part of the episode, she literally appears for five minutes then isn't shown again. But it is good for continuity. Also I think this is the first episode Rarity has actually said out loud that she runs three seperate stores. Not a big deal. But it does show that writers do acknowledge that these charcters have grown and matured. I can't really complain about Rarity's dramatization of realizing her sister was growing up. Hell they even made a reference too the feinting couch gag(which needs too come back). And I think the setup works well. Too be honest Rarity and Big Mac are really the only charcters you could do this scenario with. At least as far as an older sibling realzing a younger sibling was growing up without them. And they already did that with Brotherhooves Social. I'm actually glad this was the setup for the episode. Running three dress stores(especially when you sew the dresses yourself) is a massive amount of work. And it would have been a wasted oppurtunity if the writers never used it to create conflict. This just shows me that the writers are still very much capable of coming up with new ideas. Next up we have the CMC's first offical appearnce in season seven(they had a cameo in Flutershy Leans In and Celestial Advice). Their isn't much too say regarding the CMC in this episode. It would be more aproproate for Hard Too Say Anything, which I will do a review for when it is released in the U.S. I am glad however what we do see of the CMC in this episode. I don't really remember Zipporwhil, but it is nice too see more continuity their. Bringing back an old charcter instead of creating a completley new one. I think that was a nice touch. And defintley shows that the writers pay attention. It was also interesting too see how the dynamics of the CMC have changed. I don't really think it's fair too call Sweetie Belle the leader now. Undeniably Apple Bloom used too be the defacto leader of the group. But starting with season five things really changed. The CMC became more mature then they used too be. And after getting their cuti marks CMC episodes have changed. The former prior too season vie was that the CMC would try a bunch of crazy stuff too get their cuti marks. The new formula could have easily been the CMC try and help somone find the meaning of their cutie mark or try and help them get their cutie marks. It's nice too see the writers didn't hit the easy button with the CMC. And as this episode shows the CMC have gotten a lot better helping someone find their cutie mark. They no longer operate under a strict leader. Instead they function as a group capable of sharing ideas and solutions without a leading figure too overule their ideas. Because of this they are able too go through several solutions rapidly and can solve problems quicker. I also love the wall of CMC best hits. Not important story wise but defintley a nice touch. Helps drive home how much these charcters have grown. And Rarity's "Sorry dear you're tiny" line was absolute gold. After Rarity barges i we are then treated too several moments of Rarity and Sweetie time. With Sweetie obiously being bored and Rarity totally oblivious too how her sister feels. Now I will talk about the one frustration I had with this episode. After Sweetie has her outbusrt Rarity imediatley wants too reprimand her sister. She was completley oblivious(too a agrivating degree) about how her sister felt. I just felt like her ignorance was way overblown. Then again I suppose that was the point. That Rarity was so disconnected from Sweetie that she didn't even reize how much Sweetie has changed. The moral of this episode is that as you get older your younger brother and sisters spend less time with you. And you can't change that. You will always have those memories, but you can't recreate them. So the solution is too create new memories with your siblings. On a fundemental level I feel like this episode is about nostalgia. The bitter pain of knowing that which you once loved is gone, and yet the joy of remebring those days. I feel like this pretty relavent too the show itself. The charcters we have now are very differnt from their season one counterparts. Their still the same people, but they have matured and changed over the years. The earlier seasons are still good and memorable, but you can't recreate what they did. You can only move forward with the show. That's all I have too say about this episode. And I am defintley starting too enjoy Rarity more. Anyways I hope you enjoyed this if you bothered too read it.
