I used to have a lot of annoying catchphrases that took effort to stop using.

"Y'all" *followed by or ending with whatever sentence"

Due to the way the machine I run at work runs I use “I’m Revved up and ready to roll.” (One of a Sonics lines from Sonic Team Racing)

When I get anxious about something I’ll repeat “If you have time to worry then run.” If I have time to sit around panicking I can do something useful with my time.
