Yea, about that kind of pain. You know when you get hit in the stomach really hard, when you just have to fall down on the floor because there is no other option to deal with the pain. Well it is something like that, and you also get a funny sounding voice (which adds to the hilarious and degrading value of the joke).

 

No, the pain is on one of those levels you can't imagine (why even try?). My last summer got destroyed because of an accident, and to make things worse, there was no visible damage, just random pain for months! It was more or less up in my head in the end. Need to be more careful climbing ladders

Because humans are just apes that deep down are entertained by stupid shit. Humans in general find humor in other's misfortune. Me, I've found them funny because the pain is obviously not fun in the slightest.

I don’t usually think it’s funny but then again slapstick/pain-inflicting humor isn’t really my kind of thing anyways.

its not funny by itself what makes it funny to people is that the culture around the sexuality in general is pretty reserved and because of that only way that it becomes  accessible to people these days is with this kind of odd humor that is trying to capitalize on that reserved state.
