[Salacberry 90]

Hi guys! I have a few pony ocs, and I finally got around to drawing a couple of them properly on the computer, so I thought I'd share them here!

 

Neither of them have names, so I'm always open to suggestions. The pegasus is a firework engineer who also designs all of her displays, and the unicorn is a model.

As for a name for them... I'm not sure about the unicorn model, but as for the pegasus fireworks engineer, how about Starburst? Flightshow? Rocket Glare? Sky Popper?

 

Just some names to get you started thinking about a proper name for her.

I actually quite like your style you have them drawn in, I don't really know why, it just fits them.

 

They actually sort of have this color scheme look that reminds me of older generation ponies, not really sure why on that either ;p.

 

But regardless I think that they look pretty good. 

 

But as far as names go.... yeah I got nothing, not really a wizard with names.

EDIT : In fact, I am asking about the software you used, but what drawing software do people generally use to draw Ponies ?

Thankyou so much! I used Flash haha, definitely not Paint.  

 

I think it depends on the style really! People who draw more show accurate ponies most likely use Illustrator because its vector based. Otherwise, I think Photoshop is also a popular choice.

I love the colour schemes. They are reminiscent of older generation ponies, but in all the right ways! (I love pastels...) You have a very sweet style. The swirls in the tail of the unicorn are very well done. The only thing I'd suggest with these is ensuring you add the ear on the other side of their manes too - going by the size of the visible ear, the tip should be just poking up past the mane.

Somehow i feel this is how the older gen ponies should look if we ever had a G1 meets G4 crossover.

 

Also the color scheme reminds me of G1.

Haha, everyone seems to think that the colour schemes are G1 reminiscent! That is definitely a compliment though, because I love the G1 colours schemes and pastel colours.

Its not just the color scheme,but the general look of them,something about just instantly said 'older gen remastered' to me when i saw it and i actually thought that's what you were going for.

I just finished a drawing of another one of my OCs. Her name is Ivy Swirl, and her special talent is deception. (she lies extremely well and can tell when others are lying) I'm pretty pleased with how this drawing came out, especially comparing it to the first two in this thread!

I haven't been able to draw for a while due to being in my final year of high school but I recently finished so I have a lot more spare time!

I drew a new OC! She helps to arrange clouds in the morning and often creates patterns to make sunrise look pretty! She doesn't have a name yet, so suggestions are welcome. I'm happy with how this one turned out!

Adorable stuff. I love your use of lighter colors.  Given them more of an innocent/happy appearance that's overall quite pleasing to the eye.

 

Also your newest does indeed remind me of a sunrise or sunset.  I sadly can't come up with any names beyond her namesake, Sunrise or Rising Sun, haha.
