Last week while I was changing the oil in one of the city's fleet trucks (Ford Superduty pickup), I hit my head on the metal piece where one would connect a snowplow in the winter time (the insert bar).  I was getting down onto the ground to slide under it and thought I was far enough away - I wasn't.  Hurt like heck.

I was using a sellotape/sticky tape dispenser at work, the type with the sharp teeth at the end to cut the tape, and I may have pushed my thumb down to break the tape and inadvertently stabbed myself on the teeth...
