While you can't go wrong with Peace Sells, I prefer Kill Em All. The riffs on that album are the best that Metallica's ever done, and Dave Mustaine co-wrote a few. I can't decide. I'd suggest Kill 'Em All. As someone mentioned, Dave Mustaine co-wrote for it. I also believe that was a time when Metallica had a lot more thrash in them than any other album.
