Too lazy to go back through massive thread, but do you consider Ra a metal band? My friend tried introducing me to them but it didn't really stick. I like this song though.

And for some reason, it's not just a band. If listened to in order, all of the albums combined tell a Sci-Fi story too.

 

Kai Hansen maybe odd, but Piet Sielck is just completely nuts. In a good way.

Its a fantastic read. Mustaine comes off as a bit of a saint though, but its very good.
