I go to 4chan now and then  because the mlp drama is sometimes pretty funny , I go to horse-news too for the same reason. /mlp/ is only doing this to rustle Tumblr's jimmies, because tumblr is easy bait with all the SJW, frankly I think it's pointless and not even funny. If you're offended by this Icould make you reel at some of the stuff /mlp/ has done these last couple months. If you can't laugh at drama don't get involved is my advice.

well, the entire brony thing started on /co/ a board on 4chan.

And this is just shitposters trolling people that are easily trolled. The sooner you ignore it, the sooner it ends and they go back to calling each other BIG GUYS and saying FOR YOU.

This entire thing got to the point it did by people overreacting and posting that it is the end of the internet. And they love it.

All this is, is trolls trolling those who tried to raid 4chan first, failed and are now getting shitposted and spammed. In a couple weeks no one will care or remember.

And the internet has no balance, it is a sea of piss with islands of sanity strewn throughout, you cannot unbalance chaos.

Because /mlp/ keeps raiding tumblr for the lolz apparently, and tumblr keeps trying to get '4chan shut down' with shitty internet petitions nobody signs. Who 'wronged' who first is really a chicken and egg situation. Most of the people on /mlp/ think it's bullshit and don't care about it, the rest try to create threads to work on raids and recruit others with mostly poor success. /b/ used to do a lot of raids in the past, and no doubt a lot of the boards on 4chan do raids too. The site has built up a terrible reputation over the years, most of it justified.

 

And now you know.

Is /mlp/ the mecca of the fandom then? If so I've made my trip once when Faust came there and I was pleasantly surprise by how civilized the board was during her visit despite my previous belief of how bad it was. Further visits have me convinced that frankly the only real differences between 4chan and the rest of the internet is of how very open they are of their viewpoints and of how they would often welcome such opinions where anywhere else would be looked down upon, attacked, or even outright banned for simply posting an unpopular opinion. If not for how many negative rumors prop up on there, I wouldn't mind visiting there more frequently as it's certainly better than EQD's comment section.
