Finally a thread for me. I have been looking for this and it was right in front of me the whole time. I am a starting voice actor who has been doing so for 10 years. Why am I a starter? Well that's simple. I never actually auditioned before, yet I have been practicing for quite some time.

 

I am a male, so no female roles. I can sound exactly like Big Mac. My vocal range is limited to the low range, and some a bit higher. I will be more than happy to give people examples of my voice but not unless requested. And I can also sing. Somewhat I guess. My friends tell me I'm really good, but like many other people, I just don't see it.

 

Well, I hope this works!

 

And before I forget, I can also do accents.

Hello,

 

My name is Ben (AKA RRBrony) and I am the project director and coordinator for FOE Audio. We are looking for voice actors/actresses and people who can help with other elements of the project. Such as getting the lines for minor characters, editing, basic logistics, and much more. Now for a little about this project.

 

We want to turn the book Fallout: Equestria into an audio book. The way we will do this is by getting a full cast of voice actors/actresses who will give life to all of the characters in the story. Unlike other projects currently underway we will read the book word for word as if the listener was reading it. We want to stay true to the original written work so that the listener will be able to get the full experience. We are currently opening auditions to find VAs for the main characters of the story.

Right now we are looking for:

 

Calamity: is a Pegasus that has a bit of a southern accent/tone to him. The lines you will be voicing is a very emotional and difficult topic for him because of what happened. The Pegasi abandoned Equestria once one of their sky cities was destroyed by a mega spell(think nuclear bomb) and the question is why he is the only one below the massive cloud cover which blocks out the sky. He was banned from going above the clouds because he wanted to help the ponies of the wasteland.

 

Steel Hooves/Applesnack: is a steel ranger and wears an armored suit that covers him from Muzzle to tail and is equipped with enough firepower to layout an entire battalion. He was caught in the radiation of the mega spells and his armor is now a part of him and his skin. Applejack and him were in love, he served with Big Mac during the war until Big Mac was killed saving the Princess. Steel Hooves has a deep gravelly voice that's muffled and a little metallic. When he's not encased in his armor he still has a somewhat deep voice but it's not muffled or metallic sounding.

 

Red Eye: mastermind villain who is well educated, crafty, cunning, clever and has a plan to wipe out his opposition using the heroine with his sophisticated and smooth talking. He never makes a mistake or miscalculation until the very the end and even then he almost pulls it off. He's has cyber implants and grand vision for the future that he uses slaves to achieve his dream and he recognizes that he is the villain. His end goal is to rebuild Equestria to it's former glory and he feels that the only way to get this accomplished is with an uncompromising iron fist and forced labor for the greater good. He does propaganda radio broadcasts talking about his vision for the ponies of the land.

@, Awesome! I believe you've already sent it to me. TRDN is your initials and that's what is at the bottom of the email so I believe that I can safely assume that it was yours. Thanks and I will listen to it and as soon as the auditions close on Sunday Jan 25th I'll make my decisions.

Hello everyone, FOE Audio Project is casting for three female roles all of which are main characters.

 

Here is the

for the video.

 

First we have Littlepip who is small and unnoticed in the stable where she's lived her entire life, that is until she leaves the stable and becomes a symbol to the wastelanders. She makes it her personal mission to end evil or die trying. The entire book is written through her perspective and that means that the actress will have to read the narrated parts as well as the lines for Littlepip. Next is Velvet Remedy who also lived in the same stable as Littlepip, she's a gifted singer as her cutie mark indicates however she doesn't want to sing. Instead she just wants to help and treat sick ponies which drives her to leave the stable one fateful day. She is a lot like Fluttershy except she isn't afraid of everything but is kind and wants to help everyone that she can. https://drive.google...HdW8&authuser=0

 

Last is Xenith who is a Zebra who has been terribly abused, scared and hated by all. She has lived a very hard life, she was ripped away from her daughter and husband, thrown into slavery and eventually forced to fight in cage matches with other to death. I have a few voice roles left for a long and intricate song track. The vocal lyrics are completed for the collaborative track I've been working on but I have a spots left for dialogue if i can find the right voice actors.  It's about a 10 min prog metal song so quite long for the human meets pony fimfic universe of The Conversion Bureau.

I need a good Celestia for several different lines. Also could use a convincing Twilight if i can get a good match. Also one of the female scientists has a short speaking part.,

 

Male:

There's a few parts left for additional dialogue, several different people to play. These are adult roles and playing the part of humans.

Please keep in mind, I was cast as Trixie for my ablitiy to ACT her character, not IMPERSONATE her. I have gotten a toooon of criticism on my Trixie because I don't sound like her from the show, so I'd like to just clear that up now ^^;

I would like to join the VA guild, however I don't have a reel as of yet but I think I do a pretty good fluttershy impression and a 'kinda' Scootaloo impression. My voice can generaly range from a low B (I think that the one before middle C) to a high C (the one after a middle B I think) so just over an octave :).
