writing (Poem, don't read if offended)They are screaming at me

Louder, louder, louder louder.

They continue to grow in volume.

Screaming at me, telling me horrible thigs.

They want me to yell.

They want me to scream.

They want me to hurt.

My therapist cannot help.

My entire family is out.

It is just my kitchen and I.

 

The edge of the cliff is in front of me.

I am being pushed over.

Years of sadness have piled up.

I cannot take this anymore.

I cannot ever be happy.

As long as they hurt, I will hurt.

I do not want to live if my life is filled with this.

 

I have both of their lives in the palms of my hand, yet I don't.

They are the two people I care for.

The people I will die for.

And now the pain of them both are now mine.

 

They are screaming so very loud.

Only one person is here to help me.

jenna, thank you for being here for me.

I don't know what I would do to myself if you weren't here.

 

They are getting so loud...

no matter how many times I bang my head, they do not cease to yell.

I want them to go away.

I feel like I am about tovomit.

 

And before you guys try to say,

"Get off forums, get help."

 

There is no one in my home. It is just me, my pain, the demons, and jenna.

I clicked into this thread because I was a tad confused by the title.

 

"Don't read if offended" doesn't really make much sense, Gary, as I can safely say that no one is offended by this somewhat... concerning crack at poetry. Is it poetry, by the way? I don't see any evidence of anapæst or anything usually associated with poems besides the repeated parsing of lines, is all. Just curious, speaking as the closet enthusiast of poetry that I am.

 

 

And before you guys try to say,

There is no one in my home.

 

I only quote this since I've been the premier advocate of this course of action since the very exposition of your threads and your issues. Can't you go outside, get some air? Talk to a few friends from school, whether it be about your problems or some idle chit-chat? Taking a breather outdoors every now and then helps, as it's pretty easy to lose your head when we're left all to our lonesome.

Hey, dont let them push you over. This is how we are, and we understand something most adults would dream of understanding: That not all is about profit and that a comunity is not a place where there is a bunch of people. a comunity is this. we all care for each other, we all look out for each other and we dont stab each other in the back. We are bronies and I for one am damn proud to know the lot of you. I rather introduce myself as a brony publicly than I would my profession. But remain strong, the "fight" will not be easy as it is no easy path we chose, but you know what, I would not have it any other way, because when we stand there strong, watching the other comunities falling apart... THAT to me tells more than anything else. We are right behind you all the way.
