Overall more emoticons with new characters from mlp would be nice. Even greater if the emoticon was a well animated one, my god would that be gorgeous.

Flutters already has an angry one. Actually when you really think about it ... anger, annoyance, shock, and are not in short supply. If we really add another angry emote it should be for a character that does not have one. I would say Rarity ... but I carry a few in my signature to use if needed.
