Just a small bug, but I thought I should report it.

I've experienced the same glitch a number of times.  It only happens with the blue links on the navigation bar and seems to occur randomly.  I always just figured it was due to my display settings since I have a high resolution monitor so I have text set a little larger which can cause issues like that on occasion but I guess it might be a site issue.

Just replicated this small glitch. Seems to happen when you scroll back up to the top of the page and the navigation bar re-positions itself just below the banner. As stated before, a simple refresh rids the error easily~
