Ponies with inFAMOUS powers

I have discussed this with my friend on another site and asked him what powers from inFAMOUS would be possible for a pony to have and use and said only Pegasi can use Gravity and Steam while Earth ponies can probably use concrete (Pegasi can use Wings for steam and mind for gravity),

 

So what do you all think? How many of the powers can each of the group of Ponies can use?

These are good powers, but I don't think they are that good as inFAMOUS powers.
