Sure. I ocasionally mess around on Trainz Simulator 12. Cus, you know, I like trains.

Also Euro Truck Simulator 2. It's a pretty decent game and I bought it for literally 2 euros in the winter sale..

Rigs of Rods, a truck driving sim. Softbody physics.

I'd be playing X-Plane right now, but my computer has crappy embedded graphics.

Really, I love simulators but don't have the graphics and computing power to run them.

Edit: Oh, and Orbiter. Fantastic Newtonian Physics spaceflight simulator.

Yeah, I love simulation games. Kerbal Space Program, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Cities: Skylines are some of my favorite games right now, and I'm looking forward to American Truck Simulator. Used to also play a lot of The Sims 2 with my sister.

Many of the sims I play have already been mentioned here, so in the interest of my list not being five bajillion pages long I'll omit those.

Anyway,,,

NoLimits Rollercoaster Simulation

BeamNG.drive (Rigs of Rods, but with more polish and a lot less glitchiness)

Assetto Corsa

Project CARS

DiRT Rally

Need for Speed: Shift 2 UNLEASHED (Despite being an NFS game by appearances, it's a full-on sim-racer. Developed by Slightly Mad Studios, the same group behind Project CARS.)

Cars and roller coasters are my biggest interests beside ponies, in case you couldn't tell.  :P

Isn't it a) closed source and 2) still in early stages of development? However, I've seen reviews that say that it is much more advanced than RoR. Could you give more information on what you think of the two?

Along with what I said earlier in this thread, I also play Colin McRae Rally: Mac (or something along those lines). It's the only game/sim that I play on the family iMac.

True, it is closed source, but at some point they're looking to open the physics engine source up-or offer it for sale, at the very least-so that other developers can use it in their games. RoR's open source, yes, but I don't think that automatically makes it 'better' or 'worse' than BeamNG just because of that.

And yes, it's also quite early in development, but it's already more graphically and physically advanced than RoR.

In RoR the body meshes tend to bug out and stretch in unrealistic or glitchy ways; in BeamNG, the vehicle needs to undergo an absurd amount of punishment for that to happen; BeamNG also has a failsafe automatic reset for this bug, so the vehicle will force-reset if the mesh stretching gets too extreme.

Also, vehicles aren't invincible like they are in RoR, and the driveline can break, killing the vehicle if it's hit hard enough or in the wrong spot. Sports cars are less durable, while some trucks are almost invincible. Whether or not this is a good thing is down to user preference; personally, I prefer the realism.

BeamNG also has an AI system, simulation speed controls (and physics freeze), and on-the-fly gravity level adjustment. Sound is the sim's weakest point, but it's still not too bad.

RoR does have more mods available for it, but that's a bit skewed since RoR has been around for longer than BeamNG has. BeamNG also requires a significantly stronger processor and (depending on graphics settings) GPU, due to the more advanced physics calculations and more detailed environments.

I like business simulation games. It's the only genre I'm really open about. I've played a lot of them though Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 & 2 are my favorite. I don't like 3 that much. Other games from that genre I've played include Zoo Tycoon, School Tycoon, Mall Tycoon, Lemonade Tycoon, Sim City, Theme Park, Thrillville, etc.

Me too..Hotel Giant 1 and 2, Zoo Tycoon,Casino Empire,Shrine Circus Tycoon,Casino Tycoon,Sim Golf, Sim City etc

Someone also mentioned The Sims..It's not bad. In The Sims 4 the build mode is nice, as well as the creation of the characters. But it's a completely different genre from games that I have listed above.
