Also classic Lara Croft, Aerith Gainsborough, Terra Branford, a whole bunch of cool comic characters (I really love Harley Quinn), Maleficent, Jolyne Kujo, definitely a lot of what I consider cool female characters actually.  And for one that's not a cool or hot chick or even humanoid, I love Puss in Boots He is too lovable and cute. 

 

For MLP specifically, it's Applejack, Princess Luna, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rarity all the way!  But they are all so awesome and lovable, so I kinda hate to specify in that regard
