Backstory:

 

We didn't know how far it spread until it was too late. The virus was airborne and infected everypony in the city, including us. But it didn't change us, like the rest of them, but it made us stronger.

 

We were at a party at our friend's mansion in Canterlot until some uninvited guests crashed through the windows.

Note that we are all infected from the virus without knowing. However instead of turning into flesh eating zomponies, our bodies have become slightly stronger:

 

Strengths:

 

Regenerating fatal wounds- Mortal wounds that would normally kill a pony are survivable. For example getting shot numerous times. As long as you find medical treatment and rest you'll be up in about a week.

Disease resistance-  Our immune systems have adapted quickly, needing a larger dose of the virus to turn.

 

The Zombies:

-They have a slightly decayed appearance, but with a more greenish and pale coat than the previous.

-They will speedwalk towards you.

-They will grab you and never let go, unless they are stunned.

-They will bite any part of your body(neck, leg, etc.).

-They can play dead.

-Some will mutate into more freakish forms.

 

Rules:

1. No Daryl Dixon or Leon S. Kennedy-esque characters, as in no OP OCs or OP actions.

2. Ponies only, land, sea and air. You know the drill, no Alicorns or anything that isn't a pony.

3. No Mary sues or abuse of the regengeration that is unrealistic.

4. No kill off other players' ponies without their consent.

5. No guns right now, but soon I promise. I'll say when and what type.

6. This is a modern Equestria with phones, TVs, etc.

7. I call the shots when the MAJOR/IMPORTANT events happen.

8. pls don speek liek dis

9. The virus severly weakens unicorn magic and pegasus wings.

What's your starting weapon gonna be. Can mine be a crowbar?

We'll be starting inside of a mansion, so anything you can find in a mansion. You could probably get a crowbar from the basement.

Would it be alright if your OC didn't start off with those hammer weapon things? It wouldn't make the RP tense if we annihilate everything.

Well, he is a soldier. So can he atleast have his armor? Well, if the hammers were bad, i am glad I didn't use my minotaur. I have one oc that doesn't have a awesome weapon like that, but the problem is, he is a griffon.

I'm having the opening part where soldiers are deployed by trucks in order to contain the infected, but ultimately fail to do so. You can start off from there and run to the mansion as escape. However:

-You leave most of your equipment behind and they are unretrievable, including all firearms.

-You may start with a military issue flashlight and a combat knife. That's as far as I can give you.

-Since your OC may be an experienced soldier, do realize that your OC will have never seen anything like this scenario.

-No armor.

 

I want this to be a survival horror, not a killing spree.

 

Btw to everyone we'll be staying in the mansion temporarily, not for the whole RP.

Damn, wow. Just killed Mirrorquake. Sigh. Can dark magic be allowed. I have a unicorn that stydies it.

Magic is limited to levitating objects no larger than  a cardboard box. As for flight(pegasai), you can only go as high as 10 feet. Sorry if this is severely limiting your choices, I just want a desperate atmosphere.

The flashlight and knife thing had only applied to Sage if he wanted to use his Mirror Quake OC. But you may have a scalpel, but the flashlight you'll have to obtain during the RP.

Is your OC on leave(off duty)? If not, you'll have to start off in a different way during the RP. Oh and you can't have military grade weapons during the beginning of the RP.

I'm thinking of something funny like, he leaves for a second to go to the bathroom and when he comes out the zombies have sacked the castle Then he finds some survivors or something

Can I start in a hospital since I'm a doctor. And the hospital is near the mansion. I could be like on a low level floor. You know like 1st floor or something. I could run to the mansion for safety. And can a have a crowbar I found in a supply closet?

That makes a lot more sense than my idea, so yeah that'll be alright.
