For me, it was when I mispronounced "kawaii" in a group chat on Skype. Pretty embarrassing lol

Not sure how it began, but my friend once got me into a debate about Yaoi vs. Yuri ;_;

Of course, yuri is better.

my most weeaboo moment??

Middle school. Those three years of my life I was one of those typical girls: "I CAN SPEAK JAPANESE!! BAKA!!!"

I remember when I refused to watch English dubs of animes, believing that the Japanese dubs were always better.

I'd also claim to speak 'a little Japanese', despite only knowing basic words and phrases, and only being able to recognize certain words... Worst of all though, I dreamed of moving to Japan to become an animator.  /)-_-;

Not something perpetrated by me myself, but by someone towards me. I was called an "American faggot" for preferring english dubbed anime...by an american...Yeeeaah...

Probably when I tried to define "shota" for someone and then realized I was just describing shotacon. Whoops.

When I found out I had no idea what weeaboo is. Whoops.

Honestly i'm not really into anime that much, I watched a bit of SAO (It sucked except for the first few episodes), but the only real anime I've watched that I fell in love with is Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It's amazing. I also got three of my friends into it. My best friend is a complete anime geek though so yeahhhh.

Same here, I find it utterly hilarious though. I think they are called 'Wapanese' if I'm not mistaken.

I accidentally called one of my friends (in the same class) "senpai" once in grade school...it was awkward.
