The city was quarantined by the Military without any sort of announcement. Then military trucks started moving in. Soldiers started roaming the city, but it just wasn't enough to contain what was coming to them.

 

The Mansion

 

Oreo was in the living room, flipping the channels on a ridiculously large flat screen television. He stopped at a News channel and sat back down.

 

"There have been multiple cases of ponies being found eaten for the past month. The local police have stopped their investigation as they've turned up nothing," the Newsmare stated. Oreo turned it off with the remote and thought, Well that's something.

 

He got up, walked over to the drinks table and grabbed a cola. He sighed, Maybe I shouldn't have come today.

Location-The Mansion

 

Re-Boot comes down the stairs and spots Oreo, he walks over to him a grim expression on his face.

 

"Hey Oreo, any idea why the internet is down, I can't access anything, I was just about to hack into EA servers, then poof connection went"

Location: Hospital

 

Silver Bolt was tending to a patient. "What the hell is going on out there? This is the 8th patient that as come in here like this." Silver says to the nurse. While he was tending to the patient the lights started to flicker before they went completely out.

Location - Hospital

 

Due to the sudden influx of patients Winter has been kept at the hospital. The lights flicker out as she bring in another patient. Stumbling her way to the front desk she searches for anyone who can tell her about what's happening.

"Well maybe they've finally banned you for hacks." I smirked and pulled out my phone. "Hey, you're right," Oreo continued, as he had no bars in connection for this phone. "I can't even pull up the weather on this thing. Maybe they're doing some maintenence of some sort?"

 

Oreo slipped his phone back into his pocket and went back to the couch. Internet is down. I guess we won't be watching any streaming movies.

Re-Boot nods and grabs a cola from the table.

 

"They can't ban me, they don't even know who I am, if the federal government can't catch me after I wired one hundred million bits from the national bank then how are EA gonna catch me"

 

The lights flicker and go off, but then come back on seconds later.

 

"This can't be EA that's for sure"

The lights flickered and Splinter groaned. ''This place can't even keep the lights on.. Why do I work here?'' Splinter said angrily as he grabbed his phone. The cafe was empty, as it always was. ''No service?! Come on!'' Splinter muttered as he put his phone back in his pocket. ''Great. Now I can't check my Tumblr.''

Opening and closing the cupboards of the front desk Winter desperately tries to find the emergency box. Shifting a few folders and lose papers around she feels what she hopes to be her goal. She fishes inside and pulls out the glow stick, cracking and shaking it lighting up the small room. 

 

"I better find someone who knows what the hell is going on here..." She thinks to herself looking down the dark hall.

Mane Square

 

A convoy of trucks followed by 2 chinhook helicopters move into the area.

"Alpha, this is HQ, commence Operation Outbreak and contain the situation. Evacuate as many citizens as you can."

 

"Yes sir," the Captain replied, his voice being muffled a little by his gas mask. "Alright get those trucks filled up!"

Soldiers started running around, trying to escort people into the trucks.

 

10 minutes later...

 

"...Ugh..." one soldier groaned as his bleeding wouldn't stop. "Hey Mac, you alright?" another soldier asked, trying carry him. "I-I..."

 

"HEY Get a med-" he was cut-off when his comrade started attacking him. "MAC GET THE HELL OFF!! HELP!!! GAHHH!"

 

Citizens in the trucks started turning and attacked the others, as well as the soldiers. "DIE MONSTER!!!" one screamed, as automatic gunfire sounded across the streets, from block to block.

 

"HQ, WE CAN'T CONTAIN THE SITUATION! WE NEED TO PULL AN EMERGENCY EXIT SCENARIO! RIGHT N-"

 

"AAAAAGGHH!!!"

"What the" Silver said. "Better power up the generator. Nurse keep an eye on that patient." Silver walked out of the ER. He walked over to the elevator and pressed the button. Nothing happened. "Son of a bitch doesn't work either" Silver bolt turned around and headed towards the stairs. He walked down the stairs until he got to the lobby. He walked until he heard something. He turned around a corner and was face to face with another pony. "Shit Winter scared the hell out of me." He said to Winter.

Winter sharply inhales then sighs with relief.

 

"I can't say you did any better to me" She laughs nervously to herself. 

"Do you have any idea what's going on? Or why the lights went out?"

 

Her ear swivels, she looks over her shoulder at what might be causing the noise. Seeing nothing, she slowly turns back to Silver.

Re-Boot looks over to one of the windows as the sound of gunfire reached his ear.

 

"The one time I don't bring a gun with me, shit happens"

 

Re-Boot then walks around the room looking for some kind of weapon.

 

"Oreo help me find some kind of weapon, it could be the P.I.A looking for me"

"Whoa whoa Re-Boot just calm down. They aren't knocking at the door or anything. Relax, you're just too edgy. Besides, bringing a gun to a party?" Oreo laughed and stayed on the couch, watching Re-Boot move around the room for a weapon.

 

"Just chill out, it's probably the police chasing some mad mule."

(This went by fast before i coukd post, was busy at sis birthday.)

 

Locatio: downtown area.

 

 

Mirror Quake was having a tough time dealing with these mad ponies. "Damn, what the hell is going on. And of course I don't have my bloody hammers. This woykd be easyier if I had a weapon." Looking around, he spots a fallen guard's spear, the tip broken off, but it wold work as a Bowstaff

Location: royal castle

 

Midnight stood at attention at the entrance to a room in the castle, he had to go to the bathroom so he went. To one standing next to him looked at him angrily "c'mon, it's just gonna be one minute, it's not like the second I go to the bathroom the entire castle is going to be attacked" he said to him as he entered the door

Mansion

 

Heavy banging on the main doors started to occur. "Uh, I think you're right Re-Boot," Oreo said, startled by the constant noise. They even started tapping on the glass.

 

Soon the gunfire started to cease... And then a partly decayed pony crashed through one of the windows. "W-WHOA WHAT THE HELL?!"

As one of the mad ponies attacked him, he swings his staff, colliding it with the ponies head. Unfortunately, that broke his weapon. "I hate knives, too damn slow to take something down." He says as he draws the knife, seeing ponies surround him,vhe decides to run into the nearest building, a mansion that one of the ponies had just jumped through.

Location : Cafe

Splinter put on a fake smile as the bell connected to the door of the Cafe dinged. ''Hello! Welcome to the Canterlot Cafe! Canterlot's best caf-'' He was cut short by the almost undead groan of the customer. ''Whoa, buddy.. Are you alright?'' Splinter asked with a tone of fear in his voice as the groan came closer. ''Look, guy.. I don't want an-WHAT THE BUCK?!'' Splinter said as the slightly decayed pony glared at him. ''Is that a bucking zombie?!'' Splinter thinks as it gets close enough to bite him.

 

Unknowingly, he grabs a coffee pot off the counter behind him and smacks the zombie in the head. It falls to the ground and blood trickles onto the cafe's floor. ''You gotta be bucking kidding me..'' Splinter said in disbelief. Had he just killed a zombie? ''Okay, play it cool, Splinter. You need to find a safer place to go, and this is not it.'' Splinter thought as he grabbed the coffee pot he had bashed the other undead's head in with.

"STAY BACK! DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!"

 

Oreo tried to turn back around and run, but the monster caught him in its grasp. Then it started biting between his neck and shoulder. Blood started to drip, splattering on the wallpaper and wooden floor. "RE-REBOOT!!! HELP ME OUT!!! AGH!!" Oreo screamed in pain as he struggled to force the zombie off of him.

Location: canterlot castle

Midnight heard terrified screams and undead groans coming from out of the door "buck, why did I have to jinx it?" He asked himself, he stepped outside and saw a horde of about 12 undead ponys storming through the castle. The other guards tried to fight back against the zombies but that just made the undead's numbers grow. A zombie attempted to bite him but instead broke its teeth on his armour, he took his helmet off and bashed its head in. While the other zombies wernt looking he ran straight to the exit, his armour had a large dent in it from the zombie bite. He took it off in case it could infect him somehow and continued running

LOCATION- midtown bar. 

 

Crowbar was enjoying a cold glass of scotch after long day of work. He was in a small bar that was near some cafes and restaurants. The bar was almost empty except for the bartender, a passed out pony in a booth and himself. As he drank he could hear noises coming outside. He couldn't really tail but he didn't really care. So he went back to drinking and listening to the jukebox. Which was playing don't fear the reaper.

 

Then the pony that was asleep in the booth slowly got up and started limping towards him. He didn't really mind, he was use to drunk ponies trying to talk to him. But when the pony grabbed him and tried to bite him, Crowbar just punched him right in the face and got up.  He didn't see that coming The pony started to get up again. Then he could hear the banging on the door and then he heard a moan. He turned around to see the bartender with milky eyes trying to climb over the counter to get him.  "... There is always something." He said with irritation. He pulls out his crowbar that was on his back and stabbed the drunk pony in the head with it. Then he grabbed his scotch and drank the rest of it right before running out the back door.

 

As he ran he was dodging zombies left and right, trying to get to a safe place.

Reboot saw the decayed pony come through the window and also smelt him causing Re-Boot to gasp.

 

"Its worse than I thought... Hippies"

 

Then as the pony grabbed Oreo Re-Boot grabbed a nearby chair and smacked the attacker with it.

 

The chair broke over the pony and it fell off of Oreo, Re-Boot then decided to stamp on its head, crushing the already decayed skull.

 

"Bucking Hippies..."

 

He then helps Oreo up and pats him on the back.

 

"You alright bud?"

Location : The Mansion

After some death and some time, Splinter finally arrived at a huge mansion that seemed to be safe. He had snuck in through the back door, where there were, luckily, no zombies. After some time, he had found a room with what looked like 2 non infected stallions, one on the ground in pain and the other who had stomped an undead's head in. 

 

''Holy shit! Is he alright?'' Splinter asked, running towards the two.

"No I don't know what's going on." Silver Bolt says to Winter. "I'm heading to the basement to go to the generator. Silver walked towards the basement stairs. He walked down into he got to the basement. "Now I can't see a damn thing. Winter give one of those sticks."

"I'm bleeding. I'm bleeding," Oreo replied, covering his wound with his hoof. "...I don't think those were hippies Re-Boot..."

 

He then saw another zombie in the house, but some stallion came and killed it with a coffee pot. Oreo wriggled in pain, laying in a pool of blood on the floor.

 

"I... can't stop the bleeding... We've gotta barricade the place..."
