Before Lovely could respond there was a knock at the door, the grey pegasus from before was asking if there were any problems. "I'll take the luxury room," Lovely said coyly, smiling at the grey pegasus and giving and flashing Croak a quick smirk, "I'll leave my bags here until the room is ready. I'll be back later for them, okay Croak?" Lovely turned to the grey pegasus, "I'll be in the Dinning Hall, you can deliver my new key to me there." Lovely slowly walked out of the room and followed the arrows carefully to the dinning hall. She saw the crashing pegasus from before, the white unicron (Waves) and another grey pegasus (Colt). She walked toward the salad buffet table, as she passed the crashing pegasus (Darts) she whispered, "try not to crash into the food." No way, I saw that fog bank from above, it is going to take a lot longer than just ten minutes, I'm sure of it!' he frowned, "excuse me miss, I need to go check something. Here buy yourself a drink," he tossed her a bit and ran out onto the deck. They had already entered the fog and everything was grey and dark. He squinted his trained eyes and could just make out something in the water ahead of them, 'whatever that is, we're headed straight for it...' Croaks 251 Posted March 30, 2012 Share Posted March 30, 2012 (edited) Croaks takes the key and thanks the engineer. As soon as everyone is gone he sits on the bed. He reaches into his pocket, only to find that the item from before is gone. What?! What happened to it? he thought. Well it's not like i knew why i needed it anyways. He shrugs it off and stands up. His stomach starts growling. It looks like he'll have to go to the dining hall after all. He puts his key into his other pocket, opens his door, walks down the hallway, up the stairs, and finally onto the deck. All of a sudden he gets a throbbing headache, and stumbles. He grabs a hold of the rail, and the headache is gone. Must just be some sea-sickness, he thinks. He continues walking on the somewhat foggy deck until he reaches a door which says, "DINING HALL" in thick, bold letters. As he walks in, he sees everyone he was just with. "We cant already be in the fog" He quickly Runs into the dining hall see's most of the guests are here, the ex-wonderbolt, the Grey Pegasus, the Unicorn her asked for directions, the pegasus he just spoke to and also the one he needed to give the key to, He taps on her shoulder " I have your new room key sorry for the mix up". Even though he felt as if he was starving, Croaks still knew to eat properly. He gets another headache, but it goes away. Man, that hurts. Might need some aspirin after this. It then starts to rain. In her mind, Waves was mulling over the announcement. Ten minutes isn't much time at all, and that fog seems pretty thick... You need to turn this ship around right now or you will be endangering the lives of everyone on board. Lovely laughed a little. Lovely watched the clumsy pegasus(Darts) runs out of the room, I didn't relaize my little comment would cause him so much distress. Lovely looked over to the grey pegasus, "I hate fog, so I think I'll be here for a while". Lovely noticed Croaks sitting getting ready to eat, she galloped over him to him, "Miss me already?" She joked as she sat down next to him. "That all you can eat salad is a wonderful luxury, although I don't eat that much," Lovely began until she noticed the white unicorn sitting across from her, "oh hello dear, who might you be? COME SIT WITH US!" Lovely's face was beaming cutely, how could anypony say no to that? Lovely settled down and turned back to face Waves, "cute name, I love your mane!" Lovely smiled, she was happy to be around ponies, she hated being alone. Lovely shook her head, "don't be silly," she told Waves, "we're mares, so we're automatically best friends." Lovely smiled. Suddenly the ship shook and Lovely's salad fell across the table, bits and pieces landing on both Croaks and Waves. The ship lurched and Lovely's salad flew into her lap. After she apologized, Waves shook her head. "Whatever, no biggie. I wonder what's going on though?" She could feel the nervousness creeping in. Holding our very lives is his hooves as he sails blindly into the mist..." Lovely was getting dramatic, explaining the scene as if it was out of a horror novel. She looked upon the worried faces of the other passengers and smiled cutely at them, "I'm sure it's nothing though, right.. uhm" Lovely blushed and put her hoof over her mouth, "I'm sorry, but I don't know your name," Lovely said facing the grey engineering pegasus. She vomited and then lay on the bathroom floor shivering, her eyes wide. No big deal Waves...it's not going to happen again....deep breaths, just like the therapist taught you....
