Parties Aren't Just for Fun

Pinkie Pie had a crush on somepony.

 

It was a huge crush. A super duper crazy mega awesome wonderful crush. A crush that hurt her chest when she thought about it because her heart was thumping so hard it was hitting her ribs. A crush taht was so hard she wanted to do anything to act on it.

 

Unfortunately, she wasn't one to act on it. 

 

Pinkie was setting up a party again, which was, for, who else, RAINBOW DASH! the best pony ever! The one who she wanted to ask out. but she was too scared to.

 

Everythign was set: Sugarcube was closed, the entire place was ready, and she had the party started. Seh was alone, and finally she sat down and she smiled.

 

"THSI IS FOR YOU RAINBOW DASH!" She yelled, trying to feel better.

"Why did you do this?" asked Rainbow Dash.

 

She looked around, everything was rainbow-colored. She began to feel really weird.

 

There was no one else in SugarCube Corner except for her and Pinkie Pie. Even Gummy was no where to be seen. The Cakes, who were usually there, were gone without a trace.

Pinkie yelled out, "RAINBOW DASH?!?!" She turned, seeing the Pegasus standing right in front of her.

 

Her crush. The pony she dreAmed of. She'd stumbled over her party. The party she threw to get over the crush for every day of her life.

 

In her heart, she felt the streamers get all tangled up, tightening up until it hurt. She looked at her and whispered, "when did you get here?"

"Just about a few minutes ago" Rainbow Dash said. She was shocked when Pinkie Pie came rushing to her and hugging her.

 

"Pinkie Pie is acting really weird today" Rainbow Dash thought. "I better just play along". Rainbow Dash flew over to a table. It had food on it, and Rainbow Dash quickly dove in.

Things were swimming inside yer head. She stared at her gorgeous, athletic body, long rainbow mans, strong wings, and she felt herself attract to her again. She whispered something, then she giggled, "do you Like the food? Gummy picked it out!" She giggled.

"Yeah, I guess it's good" Rainbow Dash said. She looked at Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie was smiling at Rainbow Dash, looking more excited than ever. "So, what do you want to do"? Rainbow Dash asked. Pinkie Pie got out some games to play. They were all Rainbow Dash themed.

In fact ,everything that was in the party was actually rainbow-dash themed. It was her way of getting out all the bad feeligns inside that came from jealously and wanting to have Dashie. She giggled, "want any cupcakes? They're RAINBOW flavored!" She giggled.

"No because rainbows don't have any flavor". Rainbow Dash said. "I have never seen Pinkie Pie act this way before." Rainbow thought. "Maybe it's just a phase." "So are you going to invite the others?" Rainbow Dash finally asked. "No." Pinkie Pie said. "They are all too busy."

Pinkie started to jump around again, trying to think about what to do now. It didn't make sense why it was so hard to do this party! Parties were her thing! Parties were supposed to be fun! But seeing that her crush was here...it was making everything so hard.
