if you could get rid of one personality trait you have what would it be

My greatest sin: sloth.

From procrastination, to unwillingness to commit, to being unambitious; nearly every major mistake and especially reoccurring ones have come because of my slothfulness. Even my current health problems can be lain at my feet because of it, being unwilling to stop eating what I know is bad for me in favor of the health foods I have.

If I could go into my own psyche and beat up and decapitate my sloth, my life would be so much better. Sadly, I know it doesn't work that way. I know my mistakes and failings can be fixed if I just had the self-discipline to commit.

I'd give up my habit of always procrastinating. It's getting me in trouble way too much lately and if I could give it up I'd be much happier. I'm currently working on it, but as you can tell from this post, I'm not very successful yet.

Well, that's an easy choice. Definitely my "Easy to annoy/anger" temper. Really, if someone does something to annoy me for at least a minute I will start thinking of new ways for strangulation...

I'm a really sensitive person and I cry a lot...

My wife's a sensitive person, too. She'll cry at the drop of a hat but I don't see it as a bad thing. Her sensitivity and empathy are one of the many reasons I love her so much. And, yes! I cry at movies, myself. Sometimes. lol

If I chose only one: social phobia. It makes life hellish.

My laziness and or my lack of confidence. The two feed off each other. I don't think I can do it, and then think of reasons not to do it, therefore, it doesn't get done. It has kept me from being a good artist, a good writer, a good driver, a good student. And if I do fail at something even the tiniest bit, I don't want to try again. I'm afraid of failure. To me, the consequences of failure are worse than the benefits of success.

I also would like to be less antisocial. I want to care about other people's interests, to not have to instinctively duck out of conversations for fear of embarrassing myself or hurting someones feelings.

I would like my shyness and anxiety to go away. I've struggled with both of these traits my whole life and I want nothing more but for them to disappear into nothingness. I don't struggle with shyness as much as I used to, but it's still a problem and affects my social life in a negative way.

Hmm....

I'd probably like to exchange my awkwardness while speaking in public for a more comfortably-speaking sort of trait...

I'd also like to not be so easily guilted into doing things that I don't want to do.....

That, and I could do without Anxiety. That'd be nice...^.^

What I would give to not be a procrastinator. Though there's a lot I'd like to change bout myself, lol.

Picking one...that's a challenge. I guess my overall anxiety over everything. That would be my first choice.

Other choices would be;

My self hatred

My self esteem issues

My easily hurt mood

My social awkwardness

Good runner ups.
