If you're not looking to get plastered of say go for a daiquiri if you want something sweet. I'll drink the strawberry ones if I'm not wanting to really drink any alcohol, only kind of sucks cause the red stains my teeth :P

I don't really drink sweet stuff other than that but I did have a sex on the beach once and it was decent.

Thanks, I'll make sure to remember that. :) I'm pretty new to this.

Just had an "Honesty Box" cider from New Zealand. It was a bit sweeter than some, as it is sweetened after the fact, but not sickly so to the point of being an alcopop like some others I'd had. All in all, quite refreshing.

I don't like commercial cider. I have a friend who makes the BEST cider ever, from scratch!  Last fall, we even helped him process the apples. Seriously, you've never had cider until you've had some made from utter scratch!

I'll second that! When I was in England I was in a little pub in Cambridge that sold a local microbrewed cider called Crone's cider. This stuff was all natural, not even any sulfites to kill the yeast. The poster on top of the bar said "8% and counting" because by the time they got to the bottom of a barrel it was more like 15%. It was sweet and smooth, didn't taste alcoholic at all until it hit you like a tonne of bricks. I had a pint and a half, and staggered back to my youth hostel.

If there was someplace here that made stuff like that, they'd never see the end of me.

Just got some Stella hard cider and I am very impressed. It's hardly carbonated has a sweet, sour/dry taste going down. Also picked up some Crispin and I've never had it before.

I had Angry Orchard's Cinnful Apple and that's right up there with Woodchuck as my favorite. Hard cider is so good though. My least favorite is Redds apple ale its way too carbonated and the taste in not good.

Crispin is a really nice cider. Has a light sweet taste going down. No hint of dryness but it's a very refreshing drink.
