Thanks for the post @Blitz BoomSome newbyish questions: how much control do you want? I'm kinda used to the strict DM/Player divide where I stick to my character and you control both the world and your character, but am more than happy to have a more even divide. Atm I'm just wondering about Fuchsia talking about it being the morning and talking a bit about the location she was heading towards, but will hold off if those are things you would prefer to define.  

I will still post a neutral opener in response to get things rolling.

You pretty much hit the nail. No godmodding other people's chars (from neither me, nor you), though you can add some things to the world if you want. Just nothing that outright kills us. :) It's your story too after all. Plus, Billowing are literally passed out right now. Not like he can do a lot about you doing things. :P

...Don't nick his wallet. xD

Didn't mention a time of day either. So sure, morning it is. No worries from my side there.

Got it :) will contribute to game lore through char-neutral story details like locations and minor details like morning/night, but will stay off chars and ask about char affecting events and such.

What Kuja said. If you control another players character without permission, in action, thoughts, or speech, you are godmodding. Game Master sort of RP's tend to have some looser rules regarding this, but I prefer not having any take unjust control over others, if possible.

WHich is why neutra things such as *He might be thinking* and *If he moved, then perhaps* are good things. It offer an option, but not anything forced. :)

Its kinda hard to explain.... But just don't make them talk, but you can make them react.

You kinda controlled them or god moded it but only 20%. That's allowable.

So you kinda have to make your story replyable to us.

Actually, I had to find said message first, as it seems like it was a half year old. :) Thought I had responded to it... Whoops. :(

Been reading through it, as best I can, and I can still say that Cacora is perfectly fine. From what I can read though, I assume you were more referring to SIlverwing, yes?

I am still somewhat concerned with how it could go, but I believe that at this point, the only real way to get a proper feel for him, is to have him i an actual setting. So I will give a tentative approved on him as well. However, he will not be taking part in currently ongoing things with others. It makes it harder to get a read on someone, if there's a lot in the mix. :)

Gonna have him paired up with Vivid loss too. She's likely my strongest char, but held back by several weaknesses to harmony and light magic. As well as a contract, making it impossible for her to properly harm anyone. There are only a few situations in which she is allowed non-lethal force, and never something that may kill another. And yes, as things allude to here, she is a demon mare. Or well, mare infused with long run, deep rooted demonic energy. What happens when you sell your soul sometimes. But in any case, thinking she would do well in teaming with him. If for nothing else, she's also my oldest char. Around three millennia. So the two can talk about the past, like a couple of pensioners. :)

Seems alright with you? Oh right, and a setting... Got anything in mind? You say he's sort of like a hermit, so maybe she stumbles over where he lives?

The change in timeline happened at the battle between Celestia and Nm-moon, so in other word, when NM got banished to the moon, in the canon Equestria, so this doesn't really work if this RP is taking place anywhere in Canon time-wise, since that was 1000 yeas ago "here" too :please: 

But since I have pretty much replied to everything already, I'll be responding to is as I first (somehow) read it "few years after they left their darker timeline.", and I'll change it if you wish :twi:

I said he acts the hermit type. He avoids because of what he knows. Other than that he tries to stay out of events that, to him, have not yet happened. As for getting a feel for him. That's fine. It's actually how I wish to present my Chara's. Let those who interact with him determine if he is by said interaction op or not. I never let the cover story judge a character. And currently he is just lounging around. Not hard to miss when he looks like he doesn't fit in well where he is. Most would consider him a outsider just enjoying the sites. So having him anywhere is fine. He doesn't have a place to live yet sense it wouldn't have been very long after his escape that he has wandered into town. As for Cacora, last thing I remember was her being escorted to meet with Thorax. But that is also up to debate, sense it's been a while.

I don't have a lot of time tonight anymore, but baseline reason why I did not answer your post, is because we had not cleared the setting. As such, it will wait until we are cleared on things. :)

First off, should probably need to start over with Cacora if it were, as I can't remember at all where she were, or even who she rote with.

Second off, I meant it when I said isolated for Silverwing. As in, not in Ponyville, nor any town, really. I want to see how he is in an isolated area, where there are few, if any other NPC's, and no player characters, beyond one of yours, and one of mine. As said, I am still not certain of him, and would like to see something first.

No worries though. Things can move towards a town eventually. Just have to get a feel on things first.

Fixed the post. Silverwing is off the beaten path. Cacora is just wandering for the time being as if looking for something or someone. That should be better.

 Because. What the hidden lore here is, that Widdershins has aquisition of small crystal slivers that are essentially golem-makers. Toss 'em at a material, and it assembles an elemental around it and serves as its heart. The sprite you're with currently, is a fragment of Widdershins's consciousness that has forgotten what it is. Vauge memories of what it has once had, like the item it directed you to, but not any specifics. 

 Goal here is, Rock Golem. And see how you treat it. Whether combat or friendship!

 

And also, @Sekel, dropped a convo topic hint about the whole bit about dragons eating only gems, if you wanted to throw that in there too. I'm thinking they're practically candy to dragons, a sometimes snack, heh

Excellent. :) So, let's get on with chats on what to do with where to put Silverwing. Not the Everfree you say, and also somewhere isolated, so... Made up forest of monsters, or some kind of peaceful grove, where one might go to get some time to sit and think calmly?
