"Pranks?" Storm Questioned "I love pranks! What kinds of pranks do you do? I especially love pranks that make people smile afterwards. humiliation isn't fun or nice, so I try to play pranks that both the pranker AND the prankee can laugh at! though if the prankee doesn't laugh, then oh well...." *Chomp* there went the last chocolate chip muffin....

 

 

 

"OH!" *points at book* "I don't think I got your name earlier when I sat down...."

Book listened to the conversation with a smile. When she pointed him out he looked a little startled. "Wait, what? Me? What?" Book instinctively said. He calmed down a bit. "Oh... I'm Book Quill, nice to meet you...?" He asked for the mare's name with a hoof held out. He was smiling again.

"Um, I don't know anypony by that name or description," Stoneheart said. "I don't really go out that often unless I'm pranking somepony."

 

It was true. She never had any friends. She stayed home most of the time, or hid in the shadows waiting to scare somepony, even though she scares most of them already.

"Guess it wasn't you in that picture then." I said to her. I turned to Book. "Got yours when you were a colt to huh." I said to him. "Best time to get a cutie mark is when you're young." I looked out the window. "Wonder where that crazy little colt went to." I said sitting back down.

*Gasps* "No, Friends? Like, none? Well that just won't do! Everypony deserves a friend!" Storm said "Oh Oh OH! I'll be your friend! from now on you and I are gonna be friends! YAY!" as Storm continued along his sentence he started bouncing again with growing excitement "And I'll totally help you out with pranks, we can plan some pranks, go on a prank spree, and even have a friendly prank war!" storm suddenly stopped bouncing "Wait, I just made a new friend... and they like pranks... and... that.... means.... CELEBRATION! I think I'll go grab some to-go cupcakes for later... huh, I only just realized that my new friend has a pretty cool tail... certainly unique!" "Wait right here!" *Disappears leaving another dust-pony that soon dissipates* Storm runs over to the counter and can be seen exchanging some bits for a box before practically teleporting next to Stoneheart. "Here!" *Storm pulls a vanilla cupcake out of the box and places it on the table* "I got you a "I'm glad to become your friend" cupcake" *Smiles widely* "I wasn't sure what kind you'd like best, so I just decided for a normal vanilla cupcake with strawberry frosting..."

I'm originally from Maneston. A small rural town near White Tail Woods. My parents moved here when I was sixteen." I took my the marine HBT shirt I had on off and set it on the table. "That shirt is itchy." I said to no one in particular. "Well Los Pegasus is pretty great. If you got a chance you should go there. If you like to gamble then go to the South side. That's where the casinos are." I put my hooves back on the table. "So uhhhh Storm Shine. You always so hyper?"

Book listened to them quietly and ate his cupcake. He thought it was nice that they were chatting and was smiling. Book went to Appleoosa once but he didn't like it, it didn't seem right for him and he seemed out of place there.

"I'm from Manehattan," said Anala to the group, gesturing for a waiter to bring a slice of fruit cake over to the table. "There's a field on the outskirts of the city, and that's where I teach my archery classes." She tapped the bow and arrow cutie mark on her flank.

The sound of small hooves running suddenly entered Sugarcube Corner as the orangy/dark-grey filly from earlyer came in again.

In her teeth was a small bag, much more frail looking than the big one she had dragged here prior that still stood next to the counter, and stopped just before she crashed into it.

She dropped the small bag just in front of it and went up to the counter. Once she got there, she turned her head and began to scramble a little under her right wing, eventually pulling forth some bits she had tucked underneath. With the bits in mouth, she jumped on the big bag and used it as a stepladder of sorts to get up to place the coins on the counter, an action that made the shopkeeper look a little nervous for a second.

"Swirly muffin please."

The muffin was placed, the bits exchanged, and Blitz Boom could now grab it in her mouth and start chewing slowly on it. She liked the taste of the things that they had here, it was Way delicious, but she only got a little portion of bits left from the time somepony had bought the bag of carpet-crackers she'd just finished, so she couldn't come in here all the time.

She had hardly gotten down from the bag when she noticed the ponys she'd seen before at a table with a few other ponys as well. She'd torally forgotten about them when she ran home to find the thing she'd just carried in and give it some minor tweaks that she couldn't figure out for the last three days.

She'd run pretty fast, and she could feel it in her legs now that she stood still, so perhaps she should go over to the other ponys again and see who they were... Talking... To...?

Her eyes went up and she went over there quickly when she recognised one of the ponys there. She hadn't seen her since they tried out that confetti bomb she made, but she still remembered the pony, even without the confetti that had covered the both of them (and half the part of town they'd been in(.

The feeling of somepony wrapping their front hooves around his leg should get Storm Shines attention, in which case he would look down to see Blitz Boom hugging his leg with a half muffin slowly being chewed down in her mouth, looking up at him and with a muffled sound behind the mouth-filling muffin say:

"Horm Hine!"

"Archery in Manehatten, huh? that's pretty cool!"

Storm was going to say more, but stopped short when he felt somepony wrap their hooves around his leg. looking down as he heard a small "Horm Hine!" he noticed that Blitz Boom had attached herself to his foreleg. Feeling a rather large grin forming on his face he greeted her.

"Hey Blitz! How have you been? Any new inventions and ideas from that rather explosive mind of yours?" He questioned, unable to keep that grin off off his face.

"Ya know, I was gonna save this to give you later, but since your here...." Storm trailed off smiling as he reached into his box and pulled out.... A swirly muffin topped with what looked like.... A solid frosting replica of a bundle of TNT attached to a solid frosting ignition box by a trail of black frosting.

"I know you love explosives, and swirly muffins..... But I didn't think real explosives would be appropriate for a cupcake... Maybe an exploding doughnut? Or maybe a cupcake with an explosive frosting center? Hmmm.... Ideas, ideas...."

Storm shakes himself out of his musing with another grin

"Anyways, here you go kiddo" He says placing the cupcake on the table.

Disruptis walked out the door and onto the street. He breathed in the brisk morning air. "I need a few materials first. By the way, my name is Disruptis."

Sternly's eyes narrowed.

"And exactly what immunities are you looking to have granted?"

 

[OOC: Uh, I'm not sure whether or not police officers are allowed to ask that. If that's the case, then Sternly will probably say this:]

I heard a pony say "Horm Hine." I looked around. "Who?" I asked. When Storm Shine looked and talked to somepony I looked over the table to see the filly from earlier. "Oh. That little guys back." I sat back down. Storm Shine brought out a cupcake in the shape of an explosive. It brought back a memory.

*camera does that one thing where it goes fast towards character's eye and goes through it to show memory*

 

FLASHBACK STARTS NOW

"Thunder get that charge in the bunker now!" I was in a fox hole on the island of Iwo Jima bellowing out an order. PFC. Thunder "Peace Keeper" Walker our demolitions expert satchel charge hurried to a Japanese artillery emplacment. He jumped under the main gun. "Throw one in it Walker." yelled Pvt. Took. He tossed it in and ran back towards us. He tried to blow the explosives but nothing happened. "Get another in there Peace." I said to him. "I'll go with ya." We ran to the enplacement and he dove near the enplacements entrance. He tossed one in and we ran back. I got back to the fox hole. Thunder was still running. BANG!!! I flinched. Thunder was staring at us. "Thunder?" He fell down in the black sand. "No! No! Thunder!" I ran to him. "Sarge they got me. The mother buckers got me." I had tears in my eyes. He closed his eyes. He was...dead. I saw a white strip coming from his pocket. I took it out to reveal a picture of a mare.

I stood staring into nothing. Just reliving that day. Wondering if any pony was wondering what I was doing.

 

(OOC: Sorry for showing death but that will launch me into something and reveals where Midnight Starfalk's character looked familiar.)

"Hey everypony, This silly little filly is Blitz Boom! A cute little pony with a huge penchant for explosions... Even though she's fairly young and pretty silly, she's really smart!" Storm said introducing Blitz to the other ponies at the table. "If her cutie mark hadn't been the rather mischievous looking bomb that it is...." Storm mused "Then I'd put a fifty-fifty chance between fireworks, or some sort of science equipment."

I snapped back to reality. I shook my head. I looked around. Storm Shine was introducing a filly to everypony. His name was Blitz Bloom. "Huh? Oh uhh hi Blitz." I said to him. I leaned back in my seat. When Storm Shine finished Blitz Bloom's introduction I said to Blitz "So you like explosions huh?"

Book sat there and listened quietly, getting an idea and just storing it in his mind. He waved at Blitz when the filly was introduced a bit. Interestig, the fur and her tail are different... And her horn is broken off and she has... Mechanical wings? Interesting... Book thought as he looked at the filly with a smile.

Blitz quickly chewed down the rest of the muffin she had in her mouth so she could answer some of the questions Storm Shine had said to her.

 

"Yes, yes! Made something new. This time, it'll cover the Entire block with confetti and not just that little part like last. Nono, Way better. Ooooh, and this."

 

She turned around, grabbed the small bag she had just come in with and took it over towards Storm Shine, jumping up and placing it on the table. That's when she saw the muffin and the words that had been said before filtered in.

 

"Muffin for me? With explosive on it? You're the best pony ever Storm Shine."

 

She hugged her leg once more before snatching the muffin and beginning to munch on it with glee plastered all over her face.

 

On the table, the flimsy bag would unfold itself and reveal a purple ball around the size of a head with dulled spikes shooting out of it like a porcupine in a myriad of colours. One of them, a black and white striped spike, had a fuse atatched to it, revealing this device to, if nothing else, clearly being a explosive or fireworks of some kind.

 

Storm Shine might recognise the base idear of this as the *Rainbow Inferno* firework Blitz had shown her one time when she was still trying to figure out how to make it work. The base idear was simple: Aim for the sky, light it, fire it off and run.

 

The testing had gone badly the first time around though, which is where the tip of Blitx horn broke off. But she was sure it'd work this time... Kinda.

Well I don't think you want to be kept cleaning when you could be making more Explosives?" *Takes a thinking pose* "Though... Maybe if you fill it with cupcake batter and frosting, instead of confetti, we could have a more tasty cleanup?" Storm wondered aloud.

I looked at the device Blitz Bloom had on the table. How'd a 10 year old make that? I thought. Storm Shine went on to say about Blitz making confetti bombs. I turned to Storm to ask "How do you to know one another?" I put my hooves down from the table and leaned onto the table. "So how do you know Blitz Storm?"

"Well..." Storm Began "We just kinda bumped into each other one day... I actually remember it quite well...."

Storm stared off into space for a minute before snapping back to reality "When I say we bumped into each other, I mean it.... Literally. I bumped into her when she was carrying one of her more volatile explosives and it went off.... She was a bit upset that her hard work was gone, and she didn't even get to really see it... so she pranked me the next day..." Storm remembered "Got me pretty good too, walked around completely pink and sparkly the entire day.... Some ponies actually thought I might be Pinkie Pie at first glance... Before re-evaluating that to a brother, or cousin...." He chuckled. "If you want the whole story, you should ask Blitz sometime... She could likely tell it better than me... Thankfully I'm fairly easy-going so we became friends shortly after... And shortly after that, we were "unofficially" banned from having a prank war with each other, by order of the mayor..."
