Granted, I normally only use mathematics these days, but still. And how would you threaten your friend with electrocution? Don't see how it's possible without being a Unicorn."

She brought her hooves up an arc of lightning appeared between them. "That's how", was her only reply. (I know it isn't cannon but she has very powerful Unicorn blood in her family that allows her to make lightning, tornados and other storm elements at will without needing a cloud). She sat the nearest table and smirked up at him.

*He sat down with his eyes wide in amazement.* "Fascinating! I've never seen anything like it! Fast enough to beat the Wonderbolts in a race, can summon lightning at will without needing a cloud of any kind, it's shocking! No pun intended. What are you doing here in Ponyville if you are such a great flier? Wouldn't you want to be with the Wonderbolts?" *He asked.*

"I'm here to relax a little before joining up with those slowpokes. Plus, every minute with Soarin is a minute of massive IQ reduction by contamination stupidity. Other than that, I'm hanging out in a band with a nerd a lunatic with two personalities", she said simply.

"Is Soarin really that stupid? I mean, I'm all kinds of stupid, but you make it seem like he has an IQ of 10." *He asked with a chuckle.* "It seems a bit cruel, but if he was that stupid, he wouldn't be on the Wonderbolts now would he?" *He said with a raised eyebrow.* "Or is it because I've never met the guy?"

"He's really dumb. I promise you, you could bribe him to do anything with pies, no joke", she said with a small smile. "Wonderbolts don't have to be smart. Just really good fliers. I mean come on...I didn't even go to school most of the time and I'm about to be a member of the team", she said stretching in a relaxed manner with her hooves stretched over her head.

"Really? Well considering your performance in that race earlier, I'm not surprised." *He said, shuffling his wings about to avoid getting them stiff.* "Out of curiosity, have you raced a mare called Rainbow Dash? She's, from what I know, the 'fastest pony in Ponyville', but I assume that title may be challenged but a certain someone." *He said with a raised eyebrow and smile.*

"Rainbow Dash...I raced her back in Cloudsdale...she's still the fastest pony living in Ponyville don't worry. Then again, that's just because I don't live here. I technically live in between Cloudsdale and Ponyville since my house is too high up to count as Ponyville but too low to be in Cloudsdale. It messes with the census", she said grinning.

*He was about to respond, when he heard the order called.* "Oh, one moment!" *He got up and trotted off to get the food. As he was off getting the food, he had time in his head to think.* "Well she seems a bit feisty, wouldn't want to get on her bad side. I like that." *He stopped in his tracks for a second. What did he just say? He shook his head and ignored it, and went and grabbed the food with his hooves and flew, well really floated, back to the table.*

She nodded as he got up and grabbed the food. Other than that however, she had no real reaction or response. When he returned to the table, she snagged her food from her hooves in less time than it would take to blink an eye(exaggeration). "Thanks, Guy...er..Blue", she said using a bolt if lightning to fry her food.

"No prob!" *He returned with a smile. He then turned his attention to his own food and dug in. He then swallowed his bite and turned to Storm.* "So about your abilities, how long have you been able to use it or control it? Since this isn't very common, you must have found out when you were a filly or a bit older.*

"I've actually been using these electricity abilities

for a while now. I kinda discovered them while in a brawl with Rainbow Dash a bit after she had discovered her Cutie Mark. We were in school together and a food fight broke out a she slammed me with her lunch and I blitzed her and when I punched her, a bolt of lightning was imbued in my hoof. I didn't even know how or why it happened", she said wolfing down her sandwich.

"Wow." *Was all he could say, while sipping on some orange juice.* "Who knew a food fight could get that violent!" *He chuckled.* "Well that's certainly a story. Have you always been competitive and naturally doing things fast and quick?" *He asked.* "Oh, and sorry if I'm asking too many questions, just stop me if it overwhelms you." *He added*

"Yeah...I'm kind of competitive...to an extreme....and really short-tempered", Storm replied chuckling. "Please...nothing you do can overwhelm me, I assure you. So go ahead and ask as many ridiculous questions as you like", she continued shrugging and finishing her food.

"I'm competitive, to an extent of course. It's only what half my cutie mark means, other half is also my love for gaming, obviously." *Looking at his own cutie mark, sparked a question.* "So how did you get your cutie mark? Something to do with competitiveness or your unique abilities?"

"Oh that's an easy one, Blue. It symbolizes my storm abilities", she said as she spun her hoof in a circle and created a tiny tornado around it. She dissapated it as she she stopped spinning her hoof. "It symbolizes my ability to create lightning, twisters and other kinds of storms".

"Ooo!" *He said, generally interested.* "Pretty fascinating if you ask me. A Pegasus with these kinds of abilities, very intriguing... *He then finished his drink, and sighed.* "Well, it seems I'm done, and you were done way before me, so how about I give you a tour of Ponyville? If you like that is, get to know your way around." *He offered with a smile.*

"You know what, sure, why not...lets roll" she said hopping out of her seat. "Lead the way, Blue", she continued before walking to the exit and waited for him. "So what about you? How did you earn your Cutie Mark", she asked trying not to seem bored. She was playing with s lightning bolt between her hooves while waiting for him.

*He got up and walked towards where she was.* "Eh, it's not very interesting. Brother and I were playing videogames, I beat him for the first time since we started playing games together, and then it appeared. Not very exciting, but it's my passion, so I'm not one to complain." *He said as they exited out the building.* "Alright, I guess we should start flying around, guess we should start with the outer limits and work our way in." *He said, taking off towards the outer limits of Ponyville.*

"Oh. Yeah that wasn't very interesting..you were right", she said taking off after him but flapping monumentally slower than she usually did so that she could stay just behind him. "What about these liter limits...anything interesting", Storm asked him at his side.

"Heh, told you, I'm not very exciting, just a simple Pegasus living in a simple town." *He responded.* "As for the outer limits," *He said as they flew over an orchard of trees with apples.* "We got Sweet Apple Acres, home of the Apple family, where, obviously, they grow some of the best apples in Equestria. Don't think that's very interesting, do you?"

She feigned sleep and let her fall a few feet before pretending to wake up. "Cool story, wish I hadn't just wasted precious moments of my life listening to it", she said arcing a lightning bolt at an apple causing it to rupture. "I found something apples are good for besides doctors and vampired".

*He rolled his eyes.* There is just no pleasing you is there. *They were flying next to a thick wooded area.* "Well, this is the Everfree Forest, a bit of an oddity.* "He said as he landed near an opening.* "Everything moves on its own, but I'm very sure you already know about this place don't you?"

"The Everfree Forest...yeah you could say I know this place pretty well. I spend a lot of tine here visiting my great-great-great-great ....great-great-great ...great-great-great ...great-great-great grand father here all the time. And no, you can't please me, sorry", she said landing beside him.

"I'll figure out a way, you'll see. Don't care what you say." *He chuckled.* "Well, since you know this place, maybe you should take me around there some time, I've been in there very little. Now, onto the town itself." *He said as he took off towards Ponyville wondering how he was going to do what he said he would.*
