Sunset Shimmer is awesome but I always wondered, how is there only one Sunset Shimmer? In Equestria Girls, there are two of all the Mane Six (even Twilight. Remember when Pinkie Pie asks "Do you have a twin sister that lives in the city, has a pet dog named Spike that looks just like that one?" that was Human Twilight.) But there's not a second Sunset Shimmer.

Even though Sunset Shimmer isn't my best pony (seeing as she's not a mane 6), she's definitely a favourite! Maybe favourite villain or something like that. I always feel so heartbroken when she's crying at the end of EG. She just doesn't know how to be friends or make them. And I just want to huggle her and squeeze her and be her friend.

But when she's evil, she's so evil   love her.

I was about to post Rebecca's tweet about Sunny's return in Rainbow Rock, but evidently, I'm kinda late

 

Anyways, I'm not very fond on how she was portrayed in EG, and I don't expect much from her in Rainbow Rocks either, but I like her design and she has potential to be a great character if she receives more focus. That's why I kinda want a EG spin off, a more jerkass main character would be a welcome addition to the human6, hell, I bet if said spinoff come to life, Sunny would be the main reason of it's success
