Mouse 302 September 16, 2015 Share September 16, 2015 Fuck you, error code 0xc000007b. I download and try to run NoLimits 2, and you come up whenever I try to launch the game. I download and try to run BeamNG Drive, and the same thing happens. And now I try to run Amnesia, which is actually a legit steam copy this time, and the same fucking thing happens. I've tried everything, went through every guide on the internet, yet the little shit-eating piece of alligator jizz that is 0xc000007b shows up uninvited. This problem has been present across three different computers I've used, by the way. Fuck you, 0xc000007b. Fuck you very much. /rant
joe mama 60 September 16, 2015 Share September 16, 2015 I'm not in the mood to list the specs as I'm typing this on my laptop which I use to skype, listen to spotify, and host servers, and my other pc for gaming, drawing, coding, game developement, ect. But I have a two monitors. One is 3k res and the other is 2k res. I have a good graphics card and an ok CPU with only 3gb of RAM but it runs games fine but isn't so good for mutitasking. It can run Battlefield 3 40-100FPS and run GTA V 30-70FPS and Minecraft 90-350FPS and Gmod 50-200FPS and The Elder Scrolls Online 40-140FPS. You get the point it runs most games perfectly. I have a Logitech G105 gaming keyboard. I forgot the name of my mouse but it's a Logitech with 7 buttons and DPI. I used to have a razer tartarus but I never used it so I sold it. I use a Logitech F105 controller for Skyrim, ESO, and GTA V, and other controller-supportive games. I like Logitech if you can tell. That's about it. Mouse 302 September 16, 2015 Share September 16, 2015 What's the processor and graphics card? Just curious
Mouse 302 September 23, 2015 Share September 23, 2015 (edited) I overclocked my processor to 4 GHz a few weeks ago, ran some stress tests, and used it normally for a few days and found it to be perfectly stable. Then I put it back to stock because my GPU is the bottleneck in my system and a processor overclock didn't provide much benefit at the time. Now, in preparation for a new graphics card, I tried overclocking again. A few failed attempts (with reasonable bios settings) later, I decided to put in the settings I had weeks ago, and it still crashed on startup. I might have dun goofed... Sweetie-Belle 180 September 26, 2015 Share September 26, 2015 (edited) Every single game I played recently keeps stuttering, like it gets 'stuck' for like 0.5 of a second or something, then it keeps on moving again, and it happens again every few seconds. I've not OC'd my CPU (AMD FX-6300), but my GPU (MSI 750 Ti) is factory OC'd. I have 8GB of RAM (2x4GB). What should I do to avoid this stuttering? It doesn't make games UNPLAYABLE but it's very noticable and annoying.. edit: I got this PC on like the 16th of June and haven't cleaned it or opened it up since, could this be causing the issue too? Scrubbed user 3,409 September 26, 2015 Share September 26, 2015 Can you upgrade Macs for gaming? The best way to do so is to sell it and build a PC. It's called "Proper Computer" for a reason.

That looks absolutely amazing on my smartphone. I seriously can't tell that isn't real life, aside from the camera angle. Only in a video game do you see a horse's plot like that. Only in a video game do you see a horse's plot like that. The best part is that it's only had around medium-high settings, roughly the equivalent to what it runs at on the PS4 and the game's default settings. The Fox Engine is just that amazing. I can't imagine how it will look was I upgrade to a 970 and can really push it.

Scrubbed user 3,409 October 5, 2015 Share October 5, 2015 (edited) I can't imagine how it will look was I upgrade to a 970 and can really push it. I don't have MGS V, but I do have a GTX 970 (replaced the R9 290 for the sake of lower temps and less noise), but benchmarks for the GTX 970 shows that it is on par with the R9 290 until 4k resolution where that extra 500mb of VRAM comes into play. (I think it's fucking stupid how Nvidia had that set up.) EDIT: Ordered these two. I got the card already, but the case should be here at least Wednesday. I guess I'll be rebuilding my PC . Mouse 302 October 10, 2015 Share October 10, 2015 (edited) Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with what monitor would go well with this PC build? Thank you in advance? It's Austin Evans' $400 build. Honestly, I think you can do a bit better for the money. Check out this partslist, which I was ironically using to show someone that a $400 dollar PC can beat a PS4. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Cloudyy/saved/TrKTwP For a monitor, any 1080p monitor with a decent response time (5 ms. or less) will do if you're not to particular. https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/monitor/#r=192001080&sort=a8&page=1 ------ Speaking of PCs beating consoles, the people I was arguing with were total idiots. I try to just accept that some people prefer consoles, but when you deny proven facts outright to then I have to butt in. The horrible argument (warning, lots of cringe) : Edited October 10, 2015 by Mouse
