I think I've done a decent job of cutting it from my normal speech, however if angry I'll let it out. It's much more satisfying to drop an F-bomb or b-ing than replacing it with a kiddie word (like "fudge").

Also if used right, it can be said quite funny.

I don't do $#!+ like f***ing swear at d@mned all...  Usually depends on= how I'm feeling and the general context of the situation. Sometimes I don't swear at all, and others I swear every other f***ing word  like some sort of f***ing sailor drink d@mned $#!+ty rum.

I don't. There's just no reason to. Even when the situation calls for it, it really doesn't call for it. I don't hold it against people who do, unless it's ridiculously over the top levels of swearing, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a plus in my books when someone doesn't.
