Pinkie Pie is a party pony. Guess what happens at parties.

 

She won my vote. Pinkie Pie isn't too self-conscious to get her groove on like Fluttershy or Rarity might be, and confidence counts for a lot in dancing.

 

She does have other friends with that sense of confidence, but unlike Twilight, she's not terrible.

Kind of surprised that not many people voted for Pinkie Pie! We see her dance a lot in the show, more so than the ReMane-ing 5, and her dancing skills aren't all that bad. Her dance moves feel more alive than say, Fluttershy's.

 

I also like Twilight's terrible dancing. It's hilarious!

All the mane six a great dancer. For me: I cannot decide between Flutter and Twili and most likely never will. Dancing Flutter is soo adorable for me and the moment where Twili dropped all her guards and just enjoyed the moment has captured me.
