That's a WAR TARDIS, and it makes the Doctor's TARDIS look like a toy by comparison. It chained the TARDIS to this timeline to prevent the Doctor from ever leaving. A self created paradox kept us from dying just now. And it's not even breaking a sweat! You want to know what else it can do? Erase beings... from every universe... on every plane of existence.
