There should be an "Other" choice on this, because I would like to say exactly what I would do.

 

If my friend finds it awesome that he's transformed, I would first ask him if it would alright to ride him. If yes, I would; if no, I would respect his choice.

 

If my friend doesn't find it awesome, I would help him find a way to change back.

I'd probably laugh. My best friend strongly dislikes ponies, he'd probably be hella mad if he was a pony. So I'd be rolling on the ground probably choking from lack of air.
