I like them, but the pony on its own sticks out, try hue-shading it a little so she matches her surroundings. Roger Rabbit did that subtly and it looked great.

I believe it was when I first saw that "8 foot Candie Cane" theory video from someone (I forgot specifically who produced that video), a few height comparison charts I found on the internet and I also took some inspiration from the heights of IRL ponies for some extra realism in terms of height.

I was thinking how many times you had to bend down to be visible in the camera 

I probably would have made them much larger so I wouldn't have to bend down for every shot
