WindyParadise 59 Posted December 31, 2014 Share Posted December 31, 2014 Fluttershy wakes up from the knocking and momentarily freaks out before remembering where she is and what she is doing. *Sigh* "I hope Angel is doing okay. I wonder who is up already?" After cleaning up and preparing what she needs for the journey north Fluttershy leaves her room and heads down for some breakfast to find Twilight already down there. "My even the guest rooms are as soft as a cloud." She comments slumping out of bed and getting pretty before she would head out. "I'll be down in a few minutes twilight." She sang as she did her makeup job, for what she expect would be a long time before she looked this good. It didn't matter that much to her really she just hated to waste an opportunity. Fluttershy breaks the silence as she finishes her food, turning to Twilight to talk before everybody else wakes up. She prefers speaking to other ponies one on one anyway. Less pressure. "I want to cover as much ground as we can before we need to take a break for the night. We don't really know much about the area we're travelling and what sort of shelter we'll be able to find. There might be some ponies that live up there and will be able to offer us beds for the night, or abandoned buildings where we can take shelter, but most likely we'll need to set up camp sites, and that takes time." Twilight finished her bowl of oats, and stashed a few carrots from the buffet into her saddlebags. "I have tonight's meal covered," Twilight announced to the room, "but if you want anything to eat along the way, you should pack some food for the journey." "I need to finish packing up my room," she said, "but I'll meet you all downstairs in half an hour. I hope that's enough time." With that, Twilight left. She was a little surprised that she had slept in as long as she had. Normally she was up before Celestia was, but she had guessed that today, either she had underestimated how tired she was from traveling the day before or how much she relied on a rooster to wake her up. Even though she was no slouch when it came to getting out of bed, she still couldn't catch Twilight when her mind was set on something. Passing her in the hallway on the way down to breakfast, she said, "'Mornin', I'll see y'all shortly," before getting to breakfast. When she finally managed to get out of her entrapment and opened the door she saw some of her friends heading down the hall. I'M COMING GUYS! MAKE SURE TO SAVE A BOWL OF OATMEAL FOR ME!! She was most excited to get the journey started.AS she walked down the hall, Pinkie zips past her causing her to spin "Wow, slow down Pinkie" She stumbled and soon got her balanace. I'm just worried about what we will do if the Changelings don't want us in their lands. It wouldn't be very fair if we kicked them out of our land and then walked into their's simple because we think it's the best thing to do."
