Hey, everyone, I'm back! I must apologize, I've actually been back for a few days now, but I never got around to saying anything. Life's been a bit busy catching up on things I missed while I was gone, and I've spent most of my time on the forums trying to get my revised version of Aero sorted for another RP I was applying for. But things are calming down now, so I should be able to focus more attention on this RP and Fallen Canterlot now. Bloodlines doesn't look quite ready for another post by me yet, but I should be able to make a good post for Fallen Canterlot. But I'm just about to go to bed, so that'll have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest.

 

Well done on being Co-DM, @@Golbez! I'm sure you'll help this RP pick up again. And @@EquestrianScholar, welcome to Bloodlines!

I apologize for my absence, I've been sick and super lethargic lately. I've been sleeping most of they day and when I'm awake I have classwork to do which sadly must come firs.t I'll aim to get a post out tomorrow or the day after. I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. I'm afraid I can not accept your application. Your OC sheet is a bit bare and while your RP style and writing looks like it is great for skype based RP's it doesn't quite match what I'm looking for. I haven't lost interest, but I may have to back out. I am busy in real life and swamped with roleplays on here. I have like seven for Princess Celestia alone, some of which I need to catch up on/post in. I didn't do really any posting last week at all.

Its unfortunate but I understand if you have to back out.

I'm still here! I don't think there's much I can do in the RP at the moment; my characters are seated at the table and I'm waiting until all the other characters do the same.

 

Even if you don't have much time, a quick post is much better than no posts. And if something has come up and you really can't be part of the RP anymore, just let us know. It's much better to hear you can't post anymore than to just stop hearing from you so we don't know if you're still participating or not.

 

@@EquestrianScholar,

Thanks for letting everyone know. I understand how busy life can get. If you get too busy while doing too many RPs, real life is more important than RPs so you'll need to pick some to step out of. Good luck with everything!

Life has been strange for me. It's changed drastically. For the better, that is, but is been taking up all of my time. I'm ashamed of my behaviour and lack of activity. I'll be returning to activity soon. As in a few days. This counts for fallen Canterlot as well.

Inventory is a suitcase of clothes (not that she needs them, but sometimes it's nice to dress up), a bottle of Irish Cream or whatever the pony version is, 3 of her favourite books, and around 100-ish bits to spend.

 

Hobbies and special knowledge includes:

Mixing drinks

She's been in a few barfights, so she learned to be resourceful with whatever was available to her.

So it appears that the only players left are FortyTwo42, Golbez, and possibly Equestrian Scholar. I'll be honest, @@EquestrianScholar, I wasn't sure if your last post was a very polite withdrawal from the RP or if you were saying you needed some time to decide.

Actually, I've been assuming that you were still in this. If you want to withdraw, it certainly won't hurt my feelings if you do.

I'll be here as long as at least one other person is. It's a shame that we lost most of our players along the way, but at least some of us are still here still wanting to continue this. And in a way, having only a few of us left may be a good thing, since there's less players to keep track of and we won't need to wait as long for everyone to post.

 

I'm actually just about to finish my current uni semester, so I'll be on uni break soon. Since I won't be busy with uni, I should be able to make quick replies for a while now.  :)

I just want you to know that you can take your time with your posts nor do I want you to feel like you're being left behind. All that is happening right now are introductions of Gemma and Lapis, and their daughters to everyone at the table. In my next post, which I'll probably be writing in a few minutes, they're going to sit down and everyone can eat and ask questions if they want. I also wanted to apologize, I must have been tired when I wrote my previous response to your post here in the OOC, I didn't mean to sound unsupportive or as if I didn't care that you have other RP's to manage. I fully understand your situation and if you do need to withdraw from this RP I will understand and won't take it personally at all. That said I won't lie that I do hope you can stay since I think Mythos is a great addition to the RP. Either way it is up to you.

Also I just wanted to let y'all know that the twins Harmony and Tragedy would be around 15 to 17 years old. I tried saying so in a more roundabout way than normal but I think I failed and made them sound like children. Just thought I would clarify.

Current Roleplays: Sombra's Shadow

Inventory List: Two days' worth of preserved food, bow, shortsword, quiver of 10 arrows, enough equipment to make a few poultices for injuries, a spare cloak, a silver leaf necklace, a pair of blankets, a tinder kit, several gems, letter from Blueblood, forest-themed dress, and plenty of coin.

Special Knowledge: Nature, medicine, and bowcraft.

Methods of Incorporation:

1) She was hired as a mercenary of sorts- in exchange for housing, food and a small paycheck, she would ensure that nature didn't decide it wanted Bloodwell back in her grasp. However, being an antisocial type, she only recently began looking inward from the place she decided to oversee.

2) Beautiful. Demure. Charming, yet as colder than ice. Lilith, despite humble beginnings, has become quite the noble lady after her delvings struck her gold. But her desire for revenge still burns, leading her to Bloodwell... so it's quite coincidental that she happens to be invited to arrive herself.

3) Outside authorities have taken an interest in Blueblood's isolated town, and who better to send as an agent than a trained Ranger? Lilith sneaks her way into the Bloodwell and quietly begins looking for the secrets of the town without drawing attention to herself. She is encouraged to blend in with the newest wave of visitors and make... if not friends, then 'allies', turning their attention to the air of mystery.

 

Or, perhaps you have a different way of having her enter, but here are some ideas I came up with off the top of my head. Keep in mind that, although one could quite possibly call her 'combat-oriented' because she carries weapons, her bow and sword are more of a personality quirk then something usable- I do not intend to be fighting at all if I can help it.

I can't wait to participate, this roleplay looks exceptionally well done.

She maintains a garden at home in ponyville and works as a weather pony. She has flown in grade school as a filly so has decent agility as well (track?).
