I was often able to last through an 8 hour shift at my last job without using the restroom. I think that was my record. But I was probably slightly dehydrated when that happened. Ultimately it depends on how much water/other beverages I've had to drink. Like if I drink a decent sized beverage before and during a movie, it becomes difficult to hold it in. I remember seeing The Last Jedi for the first time in the theater and being in absolute agony for much of the second half of the 2 and a half hour movie because I was too stubborn to risk missing anything.

When I was younger I went 12 hours without a break, and the circumstances were very unusual. Normally I don't have a very strong bladder. Maybe every two hours for me.

Random. Sometimes I could make it through five hour rehearsals without ever having to visit the bathroom. Other times, I can't make it thirty minutes.

Typically the latter happens if I drink water or tea. =/

It really depends upon how much I drink, but I can usually hold it for a couple hours.

My bladder is pretty strong, on account for having many experiences where I've had to hold it in for very long periods of time as a kid. I recall that I once held it in throughout the duration of a long plane flight.
