Most medium to large supermarkets in the UK stock Vegemite. I've never seen it advertised here though.

 

Also, in fairness, I should point out that even though I am very much "outside of Australia", and thus disprove your "no-one outside of Australia likes it" theory, I did live in Australia for about 13 years (non-continuously), and am an Australian citizen. (I am also a British citizen, and I was born in neither Australia nor the UK!)

I either like to spread, Peanut Butter or just Butter on my toast.

Peanut butter is my most favourite on toast or even bread in general. Honey is good on toast as well.

I usually eats two buns of bread every morning, both cutted in two halfes. Usually one half with some sort of sausage, two halfs with some sorts of cheese and the last half with some sort of jam. For the buns with cheese or sausage, I use butter while for the one with jam, I usually use quark.
