I got 17.

 

I have a chronic depression and seeing a psychiatrist. After seeing her regularly, my mood have increased quite a bit and I feel a lot better; hence my score.

 

However I cry about 3 times a day over -anything-, that's just how I deal with stress apparently. I do feel like my family/friends will never understand what I go through, but my partner is very helpful and caring. I eat well and my sleeping pattern is a lot better.

 

About your test; it's on the right path. It's good and fun, but not too specific. Usually these tests are way longer and there's a few about 'sleep' as well.

I got 23 which seems about right.

If I'm feeling unhappy I tend to meditate. Focusing on my breathing, my thoughts and my body slowly relaxing.

Doing this I find pleasure in the simple things, like breathing fresh air, the ability to walk, the ability so see, the ability to hear.

Focusing on the simple stuff is a sure way to happiness!

I got a fourteen. Which is okay for me.

 

I used to be really really depressed, and was at a zero-three range for years and years, and last year just recently got better!

I got 16.  There is a solution to every problem.  The solution is violence.  If it isn't solving your problems then you aren't using it enough.

 

There's another solution, too. Add more boosters. Remember, in thrust we trust.

 

 

I got a 19. That sounds about right. There are days when I feel neglected by everyone, like I'm just that guy.

 

Yep, I know that feeling...

no literally I receive no love IRL. It sucks.

things get better if you try to fight your inner demons. 

Believe it or not your inner demon can be a good thing. Mine's saved my butt multiple times. It's saved others too.
