Do you eat healthy?

My family has always been healthy. I try to eat fruits and vegetables very often and water is my #1 drink, so I guess that makes me healthy. I love chocolate but I try to have everything in moderation. Although I have been eating more sweets lately, lol.

Nah I wouldn't say so haha. I eat way too little, barely any vegetables, not enough bread, way too much snacks and junk food and I'm allergic to most fruits.

 

I am still puzzled over the fact that I am underweight...

Eh. I go through phases where I'll eat really healthy but then I will eat junk. I don't seem to have a middle-ground >.> I really need to sort my diet out again.

 

I did have a sweet potato earlier :P

I honestly don't know how to answer this. I wanna say both yes and no. I absolutely loves junk food of every variety and eat it every time I get my hands on it (which is often). Though, I'm a decent cook and a lot of time cook decently healthy. I also heavily enjoy fruits, veggies, and a lot of stuff considered healthy for me!

Not always... I rather like healthy food but am tempted by all sorts of things. About the only good dietary thing I tend to stick to is I almost never drink soda, almost entirely water.

I eat one Oreo everyday. But other than that, I don't think I eat excessively, my foods aren't very unhealthy, and my meals are pretty balanced. I think I'll be fine. :adorkable: I do dislike kale though, and that's a big no-no in healthy eating. I guess I'm not that healthy after all. :lie:

Not much has changed from my previous response from three years ago. Although I drink much healthier than I did back then (back then all I drank was pop, and now I don't drink that at all anymore), I don't eat healthy at all. Any attempts to bring fruits like bananas and peaches back into my diet has not worked because my gag reflex does not allow it anymore. =(

I try to eat healthy but I do like to indulge sometimes.  For my diet, I try to focus on eating protein, vitamin c and iron since I am deficient in most of those categories...
