Rush's pickup truck pulled up in front of the house and he got out, looking the place over from the outside. The door was, he assumed, locked, so he simply wandered around the outside of the property, looking for things he'd need to fix up. Though he didn't believe the rumors about ghosts, he had to admit he felt a sort of eerie chill here.

Well keep to the side, as far as I know if they walk through you, they get cold, don't know how, but they shiver when they walk into one of us. (Sal moves to the side of the room to avoid being walked into), don't walk around to much either dead or not we still have things that feel and see us. (Sals sits down and waits for who ever's in the car to walk in) "Wonder who's coming here?"

Mark stopped moving as he heard the sound from an engine coming from the outside. He floated in the air for several seconds, completely still. Slowly, the corners of his mouth started to stretch upwards and before you know it, he had an gigantic grin across his facial features. Then, he said something that seemed to echo silently, yet faintly hearable throughout the entire building, though not enough to make it outside. "~Its time to plaaaaaay!~" Were the words he said in a sing-song voice while he flew through the building and made his way outside, watching the newcomer. He was going to stick by the decision the others made, so he was indeed going to be gentle with the living. He watched the very much alive human from the sidelines, making up ridiculous yet fun and genius plans in his somewhat twisted, childish yet somehow logical and smart mind. His dead eyes brightened a little as the perfect idea came forwards. "Yes...Perfect..." He thought as he watched his victim, not daring to go any closer and risk detection. No, he would have to stay out of sight for now, currently floating along the outside of the building. He would have to wait, and then, then he would play his part. And play his part he would indeed...

"We wait for the moment, see what they're going to do," Victoria said. She didn't much like the look of the newcomer, but he might not be living here alone. There might be others and Victoria was going to wait and see how many of them there were before she committed herself to trying to drive them out. She hoped that one of them ended up in the room that had once been where her bed was, and where she had carved into the wall.

"But for how long?" Charlie asked Victoria. A thousand thoughts entered his mind at the thought of living people entering the house. The thought of them discovering his own death made his mind spin faster than a washing machine. Would they get his old bedroom? Could they see the dent he made in the basement floor where he died? He stayed with the rest of the ghosts for the moment. When they dispersed, the first thing he thought of doing was hiding somewhere far away from the top floor in hopes that no newcomer would connect his death.

Rush continued to wander around the outside of the house as he waited for the others, occasionally rapping on a wall with his fist to see how solid it was. As far as he could tell, the place was well built, and had held up fairly well even after all this time. Things like fresh paint were going to be needed, obviously, but that wasn't a big deal. Eventually satisfied with his evaluation of the exterior, he returned to the front of the house to watch for the others, who he assumed weren't far behind by now. At least, he hoped so. He hated waiting.

Andrew got in the passenger seat of the car and put on the seat belt and waited for the others to get in. "Well lets get going! We're burnin' daylight!" He said through the window. He couldn't wait to see what the house looked like, he could have went to see it before but once again, can't drive.

Emily drove the car carefully to the address she had been given. She made a brief stop at the estate agents to collect the keys then drove up the hill to the huge, forbidding building perched on the top. Emily couldn't help a little shiver; something about the building made her feel uneasy. Still, it was cheap and they wouldn't have to be there forever. She parked the car next to one already there and got out. "Here we are," she said brightly to the others.

Snowflake looks out the window yet again and sees more people "oh wonderful as if one living person wasn't bad enough... why don't they invite all of England for a party while their at it" Snowflake makes himself invisible and walks towards the cars to understand why they are here

Rush waved at the others as they pulled up, and approached Emily when she got out of the car. "Took you long enough getting here. Do you have the keys? The outside of this place looks pretty solid, but I can't wait to see how the inside is holding up." If he was being entirely honest, part of his anxiousness to go in was to prove to himself that whatever uneasy feeling he had was just nerves, and nothing he needed to worry about.

"Thanks for the ride." Adam hopped out of the car and took a good look at the house. "Sorry to have kept you waiting." He apologized and gave a small nod and returned his attention to the house. The house was big, old for sure, possibly a listed building. "We might need to apply for planning permission if we are to do anything. I'll check with the local council. But first, I think we ought to take a look inside."

Snowflake reappears by some trees and hides behind them, Snowflake adjusts his mask "ugh stupid tie on masks I knew I should of got an elastic string for this" Snowflake observes the others carefully he then notices a key and them planing on going inside "how in God's name did they get that key.... I just hope Victoria was wrong about the English and demolishing buildings because they are haunted" Snowflake decides to sneak a bit closer by some other trees hoping he wasn't spotted

Charles finally decided to take shelter in the kitchen, hiding in one of the cupboards. From his hiding spot, he looked all around, somewhat relieved that still no living person had entered the house. However, he heard the commotion outside and stood by the door to the cupboard for safe measure. "Has anybody seen Snowflake?" he asked finally.

"Haven't seen him since we talked." (Sal looks around) "This ain't good, little victora ain't gonna be happy bout this one of us is missing and who know where the guy is, but wonder who theses people are thought, nobody went here anymore this places is empty as it gets."

She went to the front door and put the key in the lock. It was a bit stiff to turn but she managed it at last, opening the door wide so that the others could get in. "We'll get some more keys cut when we're settled," she added.

Andrew got out of the car and said "Wo! Lets get a move on!" He said, this was his first real home in england, so far he had only lived in apartments. He went into the house and looked around, He readjusted his glasses. He looked around the room and said "I think I'm gonna like it here"

Mark watched more of the living pull up with a grin of an ungodly size. It was literally going up to his ears by now. Anyway, he sticked to the outside walls of the asylum as long as his-their victims didnt go into the old building. But once he saw one of them go up to the door and put a key in, opening it, he decided to risk it a little. Why not give the visitors a creepy welcome? He quickly made it to the entry way, still invisible to the living, and took in alot of air into his non-existent lungs, and blew the air out towards the doors, hitting the live humans that went through the door with a mediocre wind that seemed to go through their bodies and out the door, bringing a slight whistling sound along with it. He smiled before floating over to a room, turning out to be a kitchen. Deciding to wait here, he casually pulled a chair over and sat down on it. Granted, he couldnt feel it, but he didnt really care. And so he waited for something to happen.

Snowflake glad that he wasn't spotted decides to follow them in but their cars catch his attention... "English cars.... never will understand how they can drive on the right side of the car.... just seems too confusing" Snowflake turns invisible and walks into the house but while traveling through the doors Snowflake accidentally bumps into Andrew giving him chills...

(Sal looks down and shakes his head) "Well we're gonna get a hollar'n, (Sal looks at Snow) "You better move somewhere quick, if they weren't cold before their cold now, your about three times colder than the world around you and that ain't good for us, get to someplace (Sal says as he possess the doll that sat on the table after Snow had picked it up.)

Rush didn't pay much attention to the wind that seemed to blow past them. Probably some sort of byproduct of opening the door to a house that had been abandoned for so long or something. He was far more interested in looking around. "This place isn't half bad. I'll have to work on fixing it up a little, but I think we can live pretty well here." He walked over to a nearby staircase and tested his weight on the first few stairs. "Seems solid. Let's take a look around."

Adam felt uncomfortable hit by the blast of wind. Typical ancient English manor, he thought as he rolled his eyes. They were always as drafty as he remembered. "Everything seems intact. It looks structurally stable." He declared. "Might need to check for damp or rot though."

"Yeah, it's a bit draughty," Emily replied, agreeing with Adam. She walked into the hallway, looking up at the high ceilings with their elaborate designs. It seemed a lot of trouble to go for to do that for a ceiling that hardly anyone would see.

 

Victoria watched the group walk in, but so far, none of them were setting her off. Victoria didn't mind young men, it was older men like her stepfather that she hated on sight.

He felt the chill but just shook it off. "This is going to be great!" Andrew said with a grin. He readjusted his glasses and smiled. To him this was a new chapter in his life, and this time it will be better then the last ones. He looked at Emily "I like the run down look, it gives the house character." He said.
