What's your opinion on Bioshock 2?

What's your opinion of Bioshock 2?

 

I thought it was pretty good, I really thought the whole story of playing a Big Daddy looking for his Little Sister was cute and well played out, a lot of people say that the main villain of the game (Sofia Lamb) was hardly anywhere near the badass evilness of the previous games villain (Andrew Ryan) which in my opinion is total rubbish...(I'm British...) .

 

The game played by it's own separate story from Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite even though it was held in Rapture which I thought was pretty cool.

 

I believe the games story to be canon even if others don't.

 

Bioshock 2 was the game that introduced me to the Bioshock series! So it will always have a special space with me.

I thought it was a great game, but it's my least favorite Bioshock game. Playing as a Big Daddy just wasn't as fun as it sounded :/

I think that and a lot of people as well think that Bioshock 1 is better. It immersed them into the series and I think Bioshock 2 did deliever on part that people wanted more, but wasn't as good as the first one. I love Bioshock and talking about. I have not played Bioshock Infinite, I suppose I will, because of my fan boyness. The change up is weird and I was waiting for that game for eternity. I got over it, so I'll play it soon. In conclusion, I have to say I like the first Bioshock.

I enjoyed it; the story was great, the characters memorable and I got the best ending on my first run. Though I can see why the majority prefer the first game over its sequel.

In terms of gameplay, it was the best entry in the series. The other two have boring to awful gunplay, so something lighter on story and heavier on gameplay was a welcome distraction.

It's the best of the series in my opinion. With Infinite coming second and the first coming third. I loved the gameplay and especially the story.

Playing as a Big Daddy isn't nearly as interesting as they make it seem. Maybe it's just because I wasn't in the mood for it but I couldn't bring myself to play it more than a few hours.

 

I hear Infinite is much better and very different. I oughta give it a go.

I actually loved that game, Subject Delta, the one and only Alpha Series Big Daddy is just a cool idea, the fact that Subject Delta is doing what he thinks is right/You think is right, I find it awesome, plus Big Daddy vs Big Daddy Prototype fights are awesome.
The DLC Minerva's Den was also mind blowingly cool, the story and gameplay couldn't be anymore awesome, I loved Bioshock 2 and still do.
