Mesme Rize 15,671 September 11, 2016 Share September 11, 2016 Ladies and gentleman it happens tonight. May i present to you, the next WWE World heavyweight champion. #Bulletclub4life Why do I have to reconsider how I feel?I can't help it. Could you say that to sting in the face? That you hate him, just because he laid down for Hunter, eventhough he is one of the nicest guys in wrestling, who accomplished everything that is to accomplish and who always stood beside WCW, trying to bring out the best out of this company? I don't think so and he dosen't deserve that either.

Ruddboy Olaf 10,621 September 11, 2016 Share September 11, 2016 Derailer (sit out choke bomb)/ Sit out last ride- Lord Giant Albert Bernard Tensai I thought Albert called that the Baldo Bomb?
Denim&Venöm 14,267 September 11, 2016 Author Share September 11, 2016 I thought Albert called that the Baldo Bomb? It was when he was Albert. Then it was the Deshuggahnator (probably didn't spell that right) during his time in X-factor, after that it was the Derailer for the A-train gimmick. Don't think he called it anything when he was Tensai.

Denim&Venöm 14,267 September 11, 2016 Author Share September 11, 2016 Not sure if any of you heard, but CM Punk made his UFC debut last night. He tapped to Micky Gall in two and a half minutes. What do you all think of Punks pursuit of MMA, and for those that caught the fight, what did you think of his performance? Didn't watch but I echo commentator Joe Rogan's sentiments. What he did was brave and courageous. But he was delusional going up against a jiu-jitsu brown belt. He should've started out as an amateur and worked his way up. His next fight probably won't be w/ the UFC.

Again, you point one event and use it as an excuse, to nulify his entire career. He is over 50 and at that point, there was no way, he would wrestle on his highest level. You where expecting too much and that's not Stings fault. That is yours.

Maybe you should go more easy on a man, who didn't do anything to you and rather see what he has accomplished. He is still one of the most recognized and respected Wrestlers of all time.
Castle Bleck 18,960 September 11, 2016 Share September 11, 2016 (edited) Not exactly surprised. After all, Lesnar also lost his first UFC fight, but still managed a good comeback afterward, so Punk still has hope as well. Sparklefan1234 151,601 September 11, 2016 Share September 11, 2016 (edited) I divided this into sections so, please bear with me: I agree that he's a stand up guy. A legit hero IRL. And that he's also very good int he ring. He can have good matches w/ bad wrestlers (see ONS '07 vs. The Great Khali). I have no issue w/ the man or the wrestler. It's the gimmick. So stale/ So bland. His gimmick is 'the good guy.' That's it. He gets booed cause his opponents have more depth than he does. Not to mention that he's the over dog in pretty much every encounter. 15x world champ? Wins the majority of matches. Seems to always kick out of at least one finisher. CM Punk said it best. He's not Luke Skywalker. He's the evil empire. Their's no denying that Cena is a good wrestler, just look at his matches with Punk and his recent bouts with AJ Styles, for example. I like to make the obvious comparison that John Cena is "Hulk Hogan 2.0". for example, Cena has the "Cenation" Hogan has "Hulkamania",Cena has "Hustle, Loyalty, Respect" & Hogan "Say your prayers and take your vitamins." They both never lose unless shenanigans are involved etc. I guess you can compare Cena to Applejack. AJ hasn't been written well in MLP. Why? Because any flaws of her's have already been addressed, any problems she's had have been solved, and any growth of her character has already happened. Just like John Cena. He's become world champ. He's already moved on from his villainous ways, and overcame most villains along the way, all the while lacking any flaws that humanize him. That's quite the interesting comparison, I've never thought of it that way. In short, Cena is a good wrestler, and even better human being. But he's a lousy, poorly written character in the narrative of the WWE story. Agreed. Hey, maybe he'll even run in tonight and cost AJ in his title match, just an Idea I had. Wait, never mind, D'oh. It was cool for nostalgia purposes and it was a nice thing to induct him into the hall of fame (which he got alot of money from) but yeah, from a wrestling standpoint, it wasn't. But you miss the point. Mesme Rize 15,671 September 11, 2016 Share September 11, 2016 All 3 of those were better than WrestleMania 31. There comes a time, where you need to lay down your bitterness and i think maybe you should here. Sting is still the man and the icon. If i met him on the street, i would shake his hands and pay my respects to him, saying what a phenomenal man and wrestler he is and that he had a wonderful career. And with that, our conversation is over.
