Yes.

A children’s show/movie is designated for only children viewers. A family show/movie is designated for all ages and aims to entertain everyone watching. Shows like Paw Patrol or Dora the Explorer are 100% for children and I have never heard of an entire family sitting down to watch an episode because of the story, morals, or jokes. Can adults still enjoy these kinds of shows? Absolutely but that doesn’t magically turn them into family shows.

I'd say family show, even if it's intended to be a children's show. It has something for everyone, so-
