Action points I think only apply yo attacks. Beyond that it is based on normal movement. I used them to limit what my chara can do during that post.

I have this idea for quite an unorthodox character. I've used it before in previous fallout RP'S and I can say it's write balanced, but it will require you to add another race to the RP. Not sure what your stance on that is.

3 doses of psycho (this character starts with a psycho addiction)

Minotaurs

Minotaurs were already uncommon in the time before the great war, but now they are next to extinct. Not because of their inability to survive, but because of little amount of Minotaurs that were put into stables. There were only a few stables that were made specifically for Minotaurs, and of those few only a handful survived the bombing. In the end the Minotaurs were low on the priority list of races worth being saved.

 

Because of this, a strong sense of hatred has sprouted and grown. Minotaurs have been raised (for about 2 generations now) to hate the Enclave, and anything concerning the old-world government with a passion. For they have caused their species to become close to extinct. They also despise ponies in general.

 

Minotaurs do not have a 'cutie mark tag'. Because of their size, their hands and horns, they have a familiarity with unarmed and melee (+10 on both), and a greater natural fortitude (+1 to endurance). They have a natural DT of +4 because of their tough skin. Their appearance, culture and history causes them to have problems with social interactions (a -5 on barter and speech). They also lack cunning because of their unusual build, size and great muscle mass (-10 on sneak).

 

Because most guns and energy weapons are manufactured for the use of equine beings, they also have problems dealing with these weapons, unless modified accordingly by a Minotaur technician. (-10 on guns and energy weapons unless properly customized).

 

 

 

I hope you are ok with this character. Otherwise I can easily create a different one.

Well I guess the minotaur will learn even ponies can help those they didn't help before. Dashia is faction neutral even though born to Dashites. She may try to befriend that chara.

Chip would be skeptical, but being that he has never seen a minotaur before his skepticism would be pushed aside by intrigue

Crackshot's a very "I'm cool if you're cool" pony so if Greshken (badass name, by the way) doesn't shoot at him Crackshot won't either

I'm leaning towards an approval, however like any good GM I'm gonna ask if this is okay with the rest of you. I think he balanced out his character enough and the backstory seems plausible, however I think you need to pick between the clubs and the sledge, too op if you ask me to have both.

Very well, only the sledge it is. I do have a few more questions though.

 

Since I'm jumping in to the RP late you guys will have a much higher level than me. I don't mind being a lower level, but can I get a few levels to catch up? Not sure what level you guys are right now but if you were, say lvl 5 I'd be very happy to be around lvl 4 or 3.

 

On a second note, I tend not to post in the most active times of the day (which is around evening for you guys) Because I live in Europe (timezone CET+1). so just keep in mind that when you guys are posting a lot, it will be like 03:00 for me and I probably won't be awake (though i tend to stay up very late to post a few times)

 

Finally, I tend to make quite large posts, but post a little less. Is it okay to say a post exceeding 1000 characters counts for two in terms is experience? I promise my posts will be of excellent quality. I make it my duty to write the best I can, but I don't like falling behind in levels because I post less often.

 

I hope I'm not asking to much and I'm really glad you guys like my character. I'll do my best to post as often as I can

Oh I see, that makes more sense yes. Now one last thing, I read up a little on what is going on in the RP right now, and I'm very tempted to just make Greshken appear and start turning heads into pulp, but I'm not sure where and how to jump in. If you have an idea where it would be better to introduce him please do tell me. I'm not entirely sure yet what's going on, but that doesn't really matter since Greshken won't know either XD

Well him seeing the battle and choosing a side would be a good start. Hopefully he chooses the party's side and waylays into the lunatics. I know bwcause of his size Dashia would take notice with her 7 perception.

 

GM may I make a request? The reason her stats max at 8 is because of the use of cyber parts and the ministry mare statues. May I have my chara shortly find the agility statue?
