Yes, that was a hint.

 

I know we do our best not to let our OOC knowledge effect our IC actions but it helps if you don't know OOC in the first place.

explosives- perception

firearms- agility

lockpick- perception

magical energy weapons- perception

medicine- intelligence 

melee- strength

science- intelligence

sneak- agility

speech- charisma

survival- endurance

unarmed- endurance

8 perks and skill points depends on Intelligence 


Skill points per lvl is 10 + (half of intelligence)... round up uneven increments on even lvls

 

so chip when starting had 9 intelligence 

 

so 10 + 4.5

 

Odd lvls (14 skill points)

 

Even lvls (15 skill points)

At least chip only killed a raider rather then losing his brother's body and turning his mother into a congealed mess on the floor :P

Natural DT: 0

 

I don't know how to do HP, carry and AP. Also need the formula for Flight Points, please.

Neither do I, or any of that, I just modified my skill points and perks like you do in the games.

I don't see why a reason why he shouldn't have a fire spirit in his sword, throughout the roleplay you can increase it's strength by binding or dispelling (I would assume some power would be 

'absorbed' from spirits of similar nature, like when Zeke Dispelled the fire spirit at the farmhouse the sword's spirit could have gotten stronger)
