Yessir we are level 8, is the google dox not working for you?

Not it's working fine, I just didn't know if we leveled up since starting. Finishing up my sheet now.

@@Defender of Tomorrow,

Another question, are we using rolls for this RP?

I personally don't like rolling for loot, it sort of takes away from the roleplay, however if each of us decide to rip at each other's throats then expect rolling.

I meant rolling for things like combat. I ask because it can factor into which perks I end up choosing. Sorry if this is a pain.

I'm fine either way, just sometimes with online unless you have an integrated roller that all players can see then sometimes people may fudge their rolls

@@Defender of Tomorrow,

By the way are you okay with chip installing his new power core to increase the damage of his rifle?

Only for things like special moves and weapon rolls. But let me be honest, I did set myself up for such a rolling req with how I posted. I always left the result up to you.

Another note if players are rolling for combat then you also have to roll for the NPCs

then  different calculations come into effect depending on agility, cover and other stuff

If you're wanting to undertake it I can help you figure it out.

Yeah that's what I was getting at, for every NPC, if we're going to roll then we sorta have to assign them with stats, and that can become a headache.

So maybe it would be best to skip on the hard number crunching and just go for what the perk does in spirit? (Apart from when it effects skills and S.P.E.C.I.A.L.)

Yeah, that would probably be the best choice for now.

You know, given the amount of melee fighters here, suddenly I feel a lot less unique in terms of my choices in character design.

You can change your skills around if you want, I'm allowing this for some time, this point in the rp is considered the "leaving stage" in fallout, yknow where you leave the vault/town/ect.

It's not that. I like the idea of Ezekiel being part martial artist and part shaman, I mean that's how I wrote his backstory and to my mind I always played Fallout with character archetype and idea before what was strictly speaking "the best option."

I just thought that more of our group would be mainly into guns, bombs, and magical energy weapons so the sword wielding, spiritual, kung fu Zebra would be more of a contrast.

I'm done, by the way.

@@Defender of Tomorrow,

Actually after reading the other's actual backstories, good job all around by the way, I'm perfectly happy with Ezekiel as is. His backstory allows a more disciplined and technical fighting style, even if his unarmed and melee scores aren't quite up there yet. (Which makes sense as he's not only just "leaving the Stable" so to speak, but he's not even familiar with the brutality of the Wasteland at all! So his skills are all theory and no practice as of now.)

Not only that, but Ezekiel may offer something of an interesting contrast with the rest of the group, who seem to be one form of jaded or another while Ezekiel is a straight up idealist. So he's the Shepherd Book to their crew of Serenity.
